“Good introduction to Budapest”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013

I completed a Buda + Pest 2.5 hour walking tour with Viki in English and really enjoyed it. It was a good mix of historical information, current affairs and personal context.
The tour started from near the central metro station and ended up in the castle district, including the newly introduced changing of the guards routine. Viki was a very good guide; enthusiastic, humorous and engaging.

Recommended for a good introduction to Budapest.

“Walking tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Thoroughly recommend a walking tour early in your visit.
Vikki kept us informed and interested despite the bitterly cold day, with insights into Hungary, Budapest history and every day life. It's the best way to get to know a place.
There was no hard sell or hardship stories to push for tips but you would have to be the meanest person on Earth not to pay something for such a memorable and worthwhile tour. Thanks again to Vikki and all involved

“A great introduction to Budapest”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013 via mobile

On a very warm day in June my friend & I met Adam Botta and Adam Marot for a new tour of the sights relating to Jewish Budapest. Among the narrow streets of Central Budapest there are many stories about their lives. We also stopped outside the Great Synagogue. This tour is new to this organisation who also offer tours of Pest, Sights & stories about Communism and a walk around the castle and hilly streets of Buda

“The best walking tour in Budapest”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

My husband and I did a walking tour to the castle with orsi. She was great, told us so much history of Hungary and Budapest , and shared lots of personal history which bought everything to life. Great tour, fully recommend it.

“You can't go wrong with these tours!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

I originally posted this great review with a competing tour! Here it is in the correct place!

I went on both the Orientation tour in the a.m. and the Complete Pest tour in the p.m. For a free "tip" tour both were great. The first one went more north of the city across the Danube River towards the Royal Palace. The second tour spent its time on the Central pest side.

The Complete Pest tour seems to have a bit more walking and more to see and hear about. If you only have time for one I would recommend that tour. Nevertheless for "tip" tours both were great. They both went to different sites and had different content. The tour guides for both tours were very informed and fun.
