Owner description: The Invisible Exhibition is a unique interactive journey to an invisible world, where you experience finding your way only by touch and by following sounds and smells. Have blind faith! Imagine that all the lights go out! If you join us, you will also be able to understand what life is like without one of the senses that provides us with the most information, to live without your sight. At this exhibition you will be accompanied by blind or partially sighted people on a journey that will change your life. Interesting? Strange? Alien? Or ... perhaps natural? Could an hour of blindness open your eyes? At The Invisible Exhibition, the participants obtain information exclusively through touch, hearing, smell and their sense of balance. This way, in the new situation caused by the loss of sight and despite the difficulties, they can experience that the world can be still beautiful without this key sense. The exhibition aims to bring the world of those with and without sight closer and teaches through positive experiences how we can help and in what ways we can understand them. The invisible journey takes place in the company of a blind guide in sites that are specially furnished, faithful to life and are completely dark. Participation is in groups starting every 15 minutes.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2014

I really mean it! I have never "seen" anything Like it before! It was amazing!
Our guide Ester was great and she helped us through the exhibition. Listening to her speak helped ease the tension we felt in the complete darkness. It was incredible to put all our other senses to use.

“A sight to... experience”

Interesting exhibition engaging your senses, with helpful, dedicated, genuinely open and awe inspiring staff - who are themselves blind so can give their first hand experiences.

“Highly recommended.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

Not only the experience was marvellous - you have to rely on your senses till the end of the exhibition - but it is very touching and interesting that you can talk free and ask everything about your guide's blindness. Truly fascinating. One of my best experience about an exhibition...

“Total blindness”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2014

I really enjoyed this exhibition. In the start the total darkness was a little bit frightening but tehn it was exciting and very remindable. I can recommend it for everybody..

“Invisible Exhibition”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2014

I would highly recommend this exhibition to bigger groups (6-8) but not for couples. The tour was great, our guide was the best (Sanyi), teh meal was delicious. But we went there a s a couple, and we thought we would have a separate table for 2, but we were sitting with the others from the tour. This would have been okay, but unfortunately we could not hear each other due to the loud music (live music, maybe it was too loud only for us). So this is really something! Go and try it, but do not go there for a romantic evening ;)
