“Great Location, Comfortable Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2014

This hotel is in an absolutely wonderful location within walking distance of most destinations you'll want to visit in Budapest. You're close to the river, numerous restaurants and cafes and shopping. The rooms are comfortable - my only complaint would be about the shower having one of those silly half glass walls that make it nearly impossible from splashing water all over the bathroom (from a design aesthetic, I can appreciate them, but the are impractical). Make sure to pick up a map at the front desk and ask the staff for tips on local sites to visit.

Great location in Budapest, close to the metro (same block), close to many attractions: One block from the Sinagoga, few blocks from Saint Esteban Bazilika, two block from the Duna River.
Rooms are good, beds are excellent. Breakfast is fine, but nothing special about it. It has a regular fitness room (we did not use, but enough for business travelling).
We missed more electric outlets in the room (for cell phones and ipads). Good quality free internet, brand new hotel. Good cost benefit ratio.

Have spend 4 days with family in this hotel.
Great welcome, lovely room, nice breakfast buffet.
I did use the ftiness room ( even if there is not too much stuff in it ), and i did enjoy the sauna at the 8 floor.
I will come back for sure when visiting this lovely city
Tamas

I do recommend the restaurant Nika in front of the restaurant - good option for late dinner ( open till 11pm)

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and gladly stored our luggage for us as we arrived early. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet because it faced an office building and courtyard. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, especially since there were 5 different types of pillows to choose from and they were delivered right away by the housekeeping staff with a smile. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and great coffee. We had the complimentary late check-out and were surprised to find that our key card wouldn't work in the elevator nor the room door after we returned to the hotel shortly after noon. The problem was immediately solved with apologies from the receptionist and the explanation that it was automatic. The location was great, walking distance to most of the sights, close to public transit, shopping and restaurants. Good value for the price and we would definitely stay again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed in the Eurostars Budapest Center hotel last october. The lobby was really stylish and welcoming and staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked an airport transfer via hotel and everything went smoothly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from.
Our room was on the top floor (sorry can't remember the exact number) and on the first look it was really nice and roomy. Closer inspection revealed holes in the wardrope's door's "leather" upholstery, toilet's doorhandle was missing and there was few small black stains along bathtubs sides. Otherwise the bathroom looked new and stylish.
In the end we liked the room besides these few small flaws. It was very quiet and the bed was huuuuuge and comfy.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights between 12/27/13 and 1/2/13. We stayed in room 508, a "triple" room. We chose this hotel due to the website stating that there was an extra, legit bed in the room. This was not the case. There was an extremely uncomfortable rollaway bed that had been crammed into the room. Behind the rollaway bed, there was paint peeling off the wall. Lobby is pleasant, almost deceptive. Breakfast is all right, nothing spectacular, and the staff were pleasant. Next time I go to Budapest with my family, I will likely be staying someplace else.

Lovely Hotel. Staff were very friendly and it was in a great location very central to the Danube and shopping. Easy walking to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Very clean and the room was a good size and comfortable.
