“Choose this hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

Eurostars Budapest hotel has somehow managed to find the best hotel proffessionals in Europe. You should ask for recommendations where to eat and what to do, they know the best places in Budapest and they are willing to help you. Staff made us feel like they really wanted us to have a good time in Budapest. And the staff treated children nicely, too; they smiled and waved to children when they didn't have a shared language with our children. I have never met anything like Eurostars hotel staff before.

Our room was also very good, and for a family of four persons it was large enough and functioning well. It was clean and quite nice looking. Even if the hotel is situated by a noisy and crowded street, we couldn't hear any noise in our room. However, the location of this hotel was just perfect. Breakfast was excellent as well. If we come back to Budapest another time, we will definitely choose Eurostars Budapest hotel again.

The rooms are nice, warm and vary clean. They have managers double check after the cleaning crow is finished (found out by mistake). The crow is vary profanation and pleasant! excellent location. Great value for money, I would recommend it to my dearest friends. The breakfast was also great.

We stayed at this hotel in October for 4 nights. It is in a good location, very close to the underground transportation and about 5 mins walk from the city centre - we walked to Parliament in 15 mins and the main railway station in 20 (though we are quite fast walkers).

We stayed in a standard room, which was modern and very clean. It was very comfortable - the bed was huge. The bathroom was quite small but adequate.

We included breakfast which was plentiful, with a good choice of meat, cereals, eggs, pastries, fruit and yogurts.

The hotel has a bar which is open until 7-11pm, it was nice to go back after dinner for a relaxing drink there and the prices were reasonable.

The front desk were very efficient during check in and check out, and were also able to answer some queries that we had and arrange transport for us when needed.

If we returned to Budapest, we would most likely stay here. The only negative was the room view - we were on the 7th floor, and our view was into other hotel rooms (not too close but...we could see into them sometimes so we assume they could see into our room too!)

The service at the hotel was top notch. They went out of their way to help us out, recommend places to eat (and the recomendations were excellent), help book cruises and tours and the rooms were spacious, clean and updated. The halls were a bit dreary and we were worried, but the room was updated and very well kept. Excellent location and very good value for the location, easy walk to many places and close to transit along with hop on and hop off if that's your thing.

Service was impeccably, cannot state this enough. Everyone was ready to offer help in any way they can. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Room Tip: We asked for a high floor hoping for a view, but given the location it's not easy to find. We s...

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was ver nice, clean and spacious at a perfect location. We liked so much we decided to return on our way back - a week later - and they treated us with a top floor, with balcony room!
The staff at reception was very nice. The service at the bar wasn't great. Very slow and the barman seemed to be avoiding talking to us - we guessed he wasn't confident in English - fair enough but we waited a long...long time to be served.
The breakfast was disappointing. We never pay for it and prefer try and see if it's worth the money. Definitely it wasn't. The buffet wasn't bad but the coffee itself was awful...for a city famous for it's coffee houses, it was frustrating.
The location is excellent. Very close to two metro stations and the river.

A very modern hotel that's located very centrally. You're close to a hop-on/hop-off stop (which is a great way to see the city in a short time), close to the Danube and really anything else you'd want to see. The hotel look is very modern, it has all the amenities that you'd want. The front desk staff were beyond helpful! This is a hidden gem in Budapest.

We would highly recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located close to the metro system, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. The hotel could paint the halls. They were narrow and scuffed, but everything else was very nice.
