“Excellent experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

I just tried out one of the magnificent cocktails at the Aqva bar and I am completely impressed by the taste and the whole experience. The atmosphere was really relaxing and fresh, the staff was friendly and the view to the Danube and the Buda Castle enhanced my pleasure as well. Moreover, all the cocktails were for half price during the Happy Hours in the afternoon. Great offer, thank you a lot!

“Great Place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2013

The buffet in this resturant was one of the best on our trip. Would highly recommend it. Much better then the buffet and service at the Marriott in Prague. The Aspargus soup one evening was amazing. Great location because you can have riverfront dining without bypassers staring at you. The restaurant is in the Marriott and is elevated above the sidewalk, plus there are boxwoods providing more cover

“still a great place for lunch and dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

we revisited peppers after dining there some time back and i must say the kitchen is still on the same top level as it was in the past! they updated the menu and have wonderful antipasti platters and seafood platters which you can share with your dining partner, the seabass and the T-bone steak, in Italian way prepared, was outstanding and the home made sorbets for dessert was out of this world. service is friendly and they took good care of us, recommended just the right wines (they have a large range of wines by the glass available too!). we will come back to peppers for sure!

“Excellent hotel food”

Service can be a bit spotty but the food was good - real turkey, not the pressed kind! - and the prices were competitive.

“Hungarian paprika at it's best.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

The special "A taste of Hungary" was fabulous. Goulash soup, paprika chicken with ricotta ravioli and the strudel of the day were all excellent. Peppers advertises its Mediterranean heritage so we tried the Mediterranean seafood soup. It was outstanding. The Hungarian Merlot was interesting. The best part of the experience for weary travelers is that Peppers provides room service for the Budapest Marriott. The wonderful food in the privacy of your own room was the best part of the day.
