My stay here was very pleasant and comfortable, the rooms were very modern and nice and the bed gave me a great sleep. the location is not the best but we had a car and was easy to get the the centre and get around because of that, did not use any of the transport services or metro and parking was free at the hotel, but there was a alrge mall nearby to drive too etc. The breakfast was not too bad the typical but would be cold alot as people would not put the lids back on the hot food which annoyed me. We ate at the restaurant once and was very tasty and good quality and not too bad a price. Wifi was free and also there was a spa etc on the top floor by the panoramic bar both of which were nice to visit and see the view when we were there though the spa was not set to a right temperature or was broken as was very cold. this place was amazing value for money and the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would diff stay again.

This hotel is quite near the city centere but the tansportation is very poor. Thre is only one bus nearby that runs every 30 min and on the weekends its off! you have to go 15 min to the underground! The neighbourhod is very urban - railway traction, a fabric, no blocs, shops, restaurants within walking distance!!!. The cuisine is poor - not for a 4**** hotel quality. The staff is unfriendly - when we have asked fo alat sinner -around 9 p.m the waitres was visibly pissed at us. We even heard shoutes coming from the kitchen - very unpilote. When we came to brakfast 10 to 10 - most of the food was gone and ther was only 2 slices of bread and the waitress said - that's all the've got!. The spa was unprepared, the steaming sauna was smely, and the water in jacuzzi was cold.
I would not reomend this hotel. Save your time & money and find smth else - Ou friends stayed at BO16 hotelin the city enter near Corwin square- for the same proce they had much better conditions that we did

This hotel is nice, but there is an issue when we speak for a 4 star hotel with no double standard room. Of course in a twin the 2 beds can be side to side, but a double bed can not open in the middle.... Also there is an issue with sales department. I made reservation with a "booking" company. In the confirmation page it states that the price is with ALL TAXES, but when we got to the hotel we found out that ALL is not actually ALL. The city tax is excluded, and therefore the competitive advantage of lower pricing that "easytobook.com" is trying to present is fake. In my country the word ALL means ALL, and not ALL but...

I got Expo hotel as a part of a vacation package which included a flight, hotel: 6 nights + breakfast, and transfers.
The cost of this package was 590$ but I paid 110$ more for a single room.

For that price I got this 4 star hotel, a buffet breakfast, and a spacious room which included all the things I needed: self climate control air-conditioning, a laptop safe and a corner for my suitcase. A free internet access was included as well.

A very angry reviewer has criticized this hotel in a very negative manner for its location and I think this is unfair because everything else was very good: The spacious room, the breakfast, the free internet access, and the cute staff.

During my vacation I used the bus to arrive at the metro station. I also took twice the shuttle of the hotel to the city center and one taxi on Sunday because the bus wasn't active on that day.
Despite the accessibility problem I was pleased with the hotel and I think it was a good value for money.
