We strolled into Tigris with no reservation on a Tuesday evening and were made very welcome. We both had the goulash soup, which was made in the traditional style and was very nice. My partner had the saddle of venison, which he said was the best he had ever had, and it was a generous portion! I had the lamb with polenta and paprika sauce, which was so beautifully presented, and a delight to eat. The choice of wine was extensive, and service was prompt and very pleasant. A few hours of our holiday very well spent!
