“This is a great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Wow, they are doing it all well at this hotel. There for 4 night stay and I did not have a single issue, disappointment or concern during the whole stay. Great, happy staff. Very helpful. Fab buffet breakfast. Nice touches such as letting you take towels to the local baths and free mineral water, tea, coffee and soft drinks. While there btw Schezeny Baths is a must do. Also recommend the Hop On Hop Off bus to get around.

Great breakfast. Amazing staff. Well located. Not expensive (outstanding price for money). Beautiful rooms.

Only downside: the pipes in the room (above or beside?) next to ours were leaky sometimes (in the night), which made really uncomfortable sounds. Though I couldn't sleep through a night I still have to rate this hotel with five points. Thank you for your effort! Go on like this!

Just about everything about this hotel is outstanding. Located just outside of the town center it represents a true value. The room was immaculate, breakfasts are amazing, and staff are really knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and supportive. Fresh brewed espresso or American coffee is available just off the lobby all day. The bar is well stocked and the bar tender really knows his local liquor - palinka -- try a glass, but remember you drink this like tequila, as a shot!
The fitness center is simple, but also well maintained, with a good selection of free weights, a bike, and a treadmill Ask the front desk to turn on the sauna, and it's a nice finish to your workout. Showers are available just outside the sauna as well.

Great hotel with a great location! Very friendly staff, wonderfully clean and spacious rooms - complimentary water and coffee during the day. They helped us with airport transfers and restaurant recommendations. Loved this place!

Excellent location, service and amenities. The staff gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and shopping. They also detailed how to navigate the City by public transit. We had a wonderful room on the 5th floor with a view of the square and church below. The hotel is a short walk to many fun neighborhoods with nice restaurants and pubs. The public transit center is a 5 minute walk away.

Hotel palazzo zichy is a couple of blocks off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. It is short walk away from the busy Calvin Square where u can catch a number of tram lines and 2 metro lines. A few blocks up the street is the Central market hall.
The hotel is in a renovated old building and I have to say the renovation was done nicely. Our room was small by American standard as is the norm in Europe, but totally adequate and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast is very good with both hot and cold dishes such as omlette, sunny side up and scrambled eggs, sausages & bacon, smoked salmon, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel while we explored Budapest for 3 nights. The reception desk were very helpful and courteous. The room that we had was a bit on the smaller side but was more than sufficient for the 2 of us. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel does not provide an in room water/ coffee but have unlimited free coffee/ water in the lobby area until 5 PM which suited us just fine. The reception desk was very helpful in arranging for taxis when we needed. The hotel is also walking distance from the market area, the bridges and a variety of restuarants. There is a map available in the reception lobby that maps out all the attractions and how to get there from the hotel. The hotel is in a quieter side street but is not scary at all. The room was modern and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff were also very good. The room was exactly as in the pictures. We were staying a Superior room.
When my husband sprained his leg, the reception went out of their way to make sure that he was well taken care of by providing LOTS of ice and bandages that can wrap and even enquired if he was OK everytime they saw us. It was a truly personal touch. I would definetly stay here again if i am visitng Budapet another time.

Room Tip: We were in the 3rd floor facing the courtyard - very peaceful
