The hotel is positioned in an ideal part of the city for the tourist to visit but also in a quiet street. All the places of interest are within 5 and 40 mins walk and there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink close by. The staff are very helpfull . The hotel is modern and the breakfast is good.

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere and character, but what makes it really excellent is the staff. They are all friendly and accommodating, it's really a five star service. We arrived earlier than the check in time but they gave us our room straight away. We have a very early check out and they gave us our take away breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Having read so many favourable comments about the Hotel Palazzo Zichy we were expecting a good experience but the hotel and it's staff exceeded our expectations. The refurbishment of this attractive building has been completed to a particularly high standard. The bedrooms are stylish and very comfortable, bathrooms luxurious but it is the public areas that are so well designed. It really is a stunning property. Breakfast is extensive, fresh and served in an attractive light-filled room, presumably the former palace's basement. Would highly recommend Palazzo Zichy for its comfort, style and location - it's within walking distance of many of Budapest's sights.

My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights last weekend, and had a great time. We were very impressed with the style of the hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times, we could not fault them. We had a room on the 5th floor and it was lovely and spacious. The room and bathroom were very clean, and most importantly nice and quite and very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice and a lot better than we were expecting. The complimentary hot drinks and mineral water between 9 and 5 was a nice touch which the hotel provided, the mocha was lovely!!

The location of the hotel was also great, very easy to get around to the main sights, with plenty of options for food and drinks near by. Would highly recommend this hotel, and very glad we went with previous reviewers recommendations and chose the Palazzo Zichy for our weekend in Budapest.
