this was our first time in budapest and we had read great things about this hotel. chose it as it seemd modern and great for a romantic break. it did not disappoint!! on arrival staff were very quick and friendly. our room was part of the spa package upgrade. it was very spacious in size. bed was very comfortable and cleaned everyday. even had a walk.in wardrobe area seperate from the room. the bathroom was very modern with a big walk in rain water shower. ordered breakfast to the room most days which was delivered on time and very enjoyable. the hotel is greatly placed. on the back streets so quiet at night as not much traffic. it was about a 10-15 minute walk.to main.shopping bit and restraunts and bars. overall it was a wonderful trip and i will definately stay with them again.

We booked this hotel for 6 nights as a city break to celebrate my birthday. After reading other reviews on trip advisor we decided upon this hotel and emailed the hotel beforehand to request a room at the front of the hotel as advised in reviews by other visitors.
Sure enough when we arrived we had a room at the front of the hotel with a goregous view of the square and the church.
The staff had even put a birthday card and a fruit bowl in the room for our arrival.
We made use of all the facilites that the hotel had to offer including the breakfast buffet, gym, sauna and free internet.
The origional architecture of the building along with the contemporary decor gives for a very attractive place of residence and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They gave excellent suggestions of where to eat, advised us how to get to the different locations that we planned to visit and always greeted us when we left/returned to the hotel each day.
The only very slight criticism if I was pushed to give one was that the pillows were quite flat and hard however when we called down to reception to notify them of this they immediately had 4 extra pillows sent to our room.
We had an amazing time in Budapest and would rate it to anybody. The hotel made the experience all the more enjoyable and when we go back we will definately stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel,liked a lot. Breakfast was good.Hotel was very clean and staff friendly.Good location.Our first in Hungary but certainly not the last one, beautiful city! I think hotel suits better for couples, maybe not the best choice to go with children. Just go and enjoy!

When we return to this lovely city we will definitely choose this hotel again. 10mins walk from The Danube and The Central Market in a nice quiet residential area but with a few good local bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. Breakfast was excellent although it did get very busy between 9am and 10am at the weekend. Worth booking well ahead as we got a great price online.
