“Great Hotel, but reservation for a single means a TWIN BED”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2011

Wonderful location. Staff are very friendly, somewhat bilingual but willing to try! Breakfast is a 4star!! Plenty of options very clean very fresh. My room for single was literally a twin bed (it's europe) updated bathrooms, bit on the small side very very clean hotel. Will stay there again! They will help you with transportation to and from airport as well.

The hotel was cosy and the entrance quite unimpressive, but the rooms were very much to my taste: clean and new, with modern basic hotel deco and very good bathrooms. Therefore, great value for money and recommended. The hotel is closely located to the main shopping streets and within an easy walking distance to the river and the lunch and dinner spots.

Hotel very central, in a busy pedestrian street near the Danube, with easy access to all transport. Large modern room, and bathroom with a bath and shower, which was surprisingly quiet at night as it overlooked an inner courtyard. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold food, served in a bright, airy room on the 6th floor. Staff always very pleasant and helpful. There was no restaurant but staff recommended a good traditional restaurant. Very clean and comfortable and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks: 14th - 28th of April 2011 and found the Vaci Utca location ideal - close to shops, restaurants and transport links. The hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was delicious with good variety and my room was clean and comfortable. When returning to Budapest I will certainly stay here again.

The hotel is very central, direct at the shopping street. Close to the hotel you have shops, restaurants, bars and a metro station.
The rooms are very small and the cleanliness could be better. To sleep it is very difficult, because the beds (mattresses) are very hard, and still if you have a room to the inner courtyard it is very loud from the elevator.
