I stayed here with friends during our interrail trip. To get from the bus station in Piran to the campsite was quite a walk with out backpacks, although the views of the Adriatic from the coastal path were absolutely beautiful. We arrived without having booked but this wasn't a problem as there were many free pitches. Having arrived just after lunch we spent the afternoon at the beach - it was great that we hardly had to walk any distance to reach the sea. One small annoyance was the fact that you had to use a key to get into the shower and toilet blocks and as there were four of us but only one key we couldn't just 'pop to the bathroom'. There is a shop on site which is very useful for breakfast and basic snacks (there was always fresh bread and pastries in the morning), and there is also a bar by the sea which is less than a 2 minute walk from the campsite. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Camp Fiesa and would recommend it as a basic yet perfectly reasonable campsite for those who want to visit Piran on a budget.
