This place is okay, if you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner with quite low prices.
But it reallz changed a lot. 3 or 4 years ago you could get a very tasty meal, for example sweet and sour soup with lots of ingredients, nice look and good taste -- well, in the past year it got just a bowl of water with some shitake and almost no vegetables. They must make it out of a kind of powder, it doesn't look fresh and tastes like nothing.
Meat ... it depends, beef can be good, but ducks aren't soft, actually they can be very dry.
Staff could be nicer, they aren't unpolite, but they just don't really apprecciate you there.
P. S. This one is the first Shanghai restaurant, second, called Novi Shanghai (New Shanghai) is pretty much the same, but with newer interior and it is like 200 awaw from this one.
