My girlfriend was all ready for a nice cocktail but it turned out that out 20 listed, they could barely make two, one being Cuba Libre, which we can easily make at home, no point in going out for that. The waitress gave us some bull about cocktails in season and out of season!? Me, I hate getting excited about something on the menu just to hear they don't have it. Looking at all the beer selections is a typical example, especially in Ljubljana when it comes to draft beer. From all the draft and even nice bottles on the menu, all they actually had were the two local bottled beers from the brewery down the road. We got up and left, as we literally dressed up after a long day and went out without going to town just to have a nice drink. Next time, after having a #$% lunch that took forever to arrive, and never delivered the promised (probably also #$% ) dessert, the waiter almost flipped when we wanted to pay with plastic: why didn't you tell me in advance - he almost screamed! Well, why didn't you tell us we had to tell you something in advance. When we scrounged up the cash short of 10 cents, he yelled "Fine, then". What an [--]! Not going back there, ever! Siska is right there, where I can have a great drink without any attitude in a cool atmosphere.
