We had just finished dinner at another local restaurant and we saw signs outside advertising for the Original Blejska Kremina Rezina. We immediately went in as we were excited to try this local dessert.
There were only two other tables occupied when we entered so we sat down at a table by the windows overlooking the lake. Almost immediately a male server approached us and stated that we were not allowed to sit at a table by the window as they were reserved for dinner guests (this was prior to us telling him our order). We looked around the empty restaurant noting again that there were only two other tables occupied and it was nearly 7:30pm so it was highly unlikely that more dinner guests would arrive. The server rudely advised that we were welcome to sit at a table in the middle of the restaurant only. Since we really wanted to try the cream cake, we moved tables and gave our order to the server.
The server slowly returned with our cream cake and espresso and went on to bring the bill to another table.
Before we'd had a chance to starting eating, the server returned with our bill and stated that "you'll need to pay this now". He then proceeded to stand by our table until we pulled out money to pay the bill. Once it was paid, he stomped off and we didn't see him again.
I was astounded at the incredibly poor service offered at this restaurant. I can understand that tables with a view might need to be reserved for dinner guests, but the restaurant was absolutely deserted. We were made to feel like second class citizens when we were asked to move tables. The attitude given by this server is unacceptable and he requires serious retraining.
I am disgusted with our experience at this restaurant and will be advising everyone possible to avoid this place.

I would like to thank you for writing your review regarding your visit of the Panorama Restaurant.
I would like to explain that we do have quite a few groups dining at the restaurant. We reserve certain part of a restaurant for them as guests usually wish to sit together. I can therefore understand that our waiter asked you to move tables. I admit that it might look strange to do so when the restaurant wasn't fully occupied but you see, our group guests can occupy the restaurant very fast.
Secondly, I would like to apologize if our waiter's attitude wasn't as polite and helpful as it should have been. We constantly train our employees but obviously need to strengthen our efforts in this field. I can personally guarantee you that we will do that also in future.
Dear guest, I regret if your visit hasn't met your expectations and hope that you still decide for another visit.
