Most Warsaw hotels are modern and also Hilton is very new. Staff is very friendly and HiltonHonors privileges get granted without asking. Internet works very well. Downstairs bar is nice and when there are big football matches they will show it on big screen. They also have a casino and a small shopping centre with restaurants connected to the hotel.

Stayed there for 3 nights with two other collegues. The worst experience was regarding internet connection. Every 30 sec up to 2 min you need to reconnect with your purchased password. Also had to remind hotel about extra bed and towels to room - 1 time about extra bed and other time regarding towels.

I stayed one night and found this a very typical, no surprise Hilton. Service was very plain but just fine. The room was spacious and well equipped. Would be suitable for a longer stay as well except for their policy to charge for wireless in the rooms (slow free connection available in the lobby) is an insult to normal standards nowadays. Didn't need any amenities so not much to comment. Fairly good breakfast buffet.

Spent 3 nights in January at the hilton, visiting Warsaw for first time and wanting to see the sights.

The Hilton is very modern and typical of the new hilton properties.

Check in was extremely quick and Gold status upgrade to executive floor offered without having to ask.

Room was spacious and had everything required; large bathroom with seperate bath and shower; everything spotlessly clean.

Executive lounge was open all day for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. Was always well stocked and plenty of food and drink choices. Although it was quite a small lounge and got busy in the early evening.

WiFi speed was probably best at any hotel ive ever stayed at and was free in executive rooms.

Holmes Place gym attached to hotel was excellent - great pool, sauna and steam.

There is a small group of restuaurants and a supermarket directly attached to the hotel which was perfect if you didnt fancy going outside in the bitter January cold!

Only drawback about this hotel was location; its quite a walk from city centre (or it felt that way outside in -15 temperatures!!). However taxis are really cheap and readily available outside the hotel.

All in all, great hotel and highly recommended!
