“This hotel is the one.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2010

Having stayed here I would never use another hotel in Warsaw (I have used 5 others, including a 5 star). The service is excellent, the staff helpful and sweet whilst being unobtrusive. The location could not be bettered. Right in the centre of the New Town and within easy walking distance of the Old Town(public transport also excellent and plentiful)

Very close to Nowy Swiat and in a perfect location for visiting all the sights and great shopping all around. A great award winninge, Mall, Zlote Terasy, is 5 minutes walk away.

Restaurants in Warsaw vary greatly in quality and price. We were very pleasantly surprised by the new restaurant Amadera in the hotel. What a chef. My son had the best duck dish ever and the peppered steak is perfection. A super menu beautifully presented and truly delicious food. If you want to be confident of a really quality meal and excellent value for money in lovely atmosphere, do try the Amadera. For some reason, in all the different restaurants we tried while out and about in Warsaw. we found the meat to be disappointingly tough so full marks to the chef of the Amadera for his high quality and tasty, tender offerings beautifully presented. Even if you are not staying at this hotel do give this restaurant a try it really is superb.

We are still glowing from our lovely stay in a beautiful and spacious apartment at Mamaison (the upgrade was a pleasant surprise). This hotel is in a quiet enclave and courtyard and the beds so comfortable. Heaven.

We felt so at ease there and are already planning to revisit in springtime as there is so much to see and do in Warsaw.

Special congratulations to the most charming and welcoming manager, Agnieska Tucharz, and all the receptionists and staff who made our visit so special.

I very happily and confidently this hotel to you.

Excellent quality, location and room for a reasonnable rate. Large suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting area. Lots of space and light. Windows open and clean. Beds not so bad and breakfast buffet is very good, restaurant pleasant, make sure to ask for cooked eggs, no extra charge. Location is perfect, where the action is but not too noisy.

I travel frequently and I usually search online for good hotels tilI I find little "hidden gems" wherever I go.
I must say the Diana fully met my expectations: very big design rooms/suites, with kitchen, lounge area, big bathrooms, new,... I loved it and would certainly repeat. The rate was also great:89€ for a room+breakfast.
Location is also ideal: withing walking distance to the old city, and close to shopping streets.

There's very little to complain about with this apart-hotel; by the same token it doesn't particularly stand out. The location is excellent, with Ul. Nowy Swiat, Ul. Marzalkowska and Al. Jerozolimskie--Warsaw's principal thorougfares--each within three minutes' walk. The rooms are large, modern and clean, in a spare Scandinavian style. The facilities you need for a good home-away-from-home experience are all here, including an efficient internet connection (Ethernet, not wireless, so bring your own cable). The only exception is the self-service laundry, which is a bit rudimentary. The management is capable and professional. All that said, the price charged is at the high end of the spectrum for a place of this nature, and while the Diana does everything very well, nothing truly impresses. Most people, I imagine, will have a perfectly pleasant stay here, but not in any sense a memorable one.

I have been travelling to Warsaw on business once a month for the past 9 months and have always stayed at Residence Diana. The hotel offers perfect value for money, stylish interior, and nicely decorated rooms. The one-bedroom suit offers plenty of space, even for two people sharing, and having a kitchenette allows for a casual cup of tea in the morning. The hotel is perfectly located - any major business location or restaurant / bar is either within walking distance or a mere 5-10 minute taxi ride away. The staff make it their priority to make every stay as comfortable - so I would highly recommend it!
