To get to the hotel, I took bus 180 from the corner of Al Jerozolimskie and Marszalkowska (a short walk from the train station.) It was located in a very quiet section, right across the street from Lazinski park (sorry if I'm butchering the spelling on some of these names.) It was actually pretty deserted at night, but I still felt safe in the area. To get to the city center, it was just a 10 min walk (quicker if you cut directly through the park) or you could take the bus just a couple of stops. The people that worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nothing spectacular, but they were comfortable and clean. Who could complain about having their own room with a private bath for $40? The price also included a breakfast buffet. It wasn't the best, but it was certainly edible and kept me full until lunch time.
