We visited this hotel a few weeks ago with our three teenage children to attend a wedding. On the first night at 8.30 we decided to have a nightcap in the lobby bar, I sat my wife and children down and went to get a drink at the bar 20 feet away only to be immediately asked by one of three 'ladies' seated at the bar if i fancied 'an early night' I told her "yes" but with my wife at which point she looked around at my wife and children and turned back towards the bar.
Forgetting the embarrassment of explaining this to my wife and kids who witnessed the scene, over the next three nights of our stay the same three women were sat on the same bar stools propositioning every man who attempted to buy a drink, the bar staff seemed perfectly comfortable with this operation, supplying drinks and passing the time in pleasant conversation when business was slack.
I decided to contact Radisson when i arrived home to ask why they did not mention that they were happy for the Warsaw sex trade to operate in the lobby of the hotel in the hotels general description and was informed by a staff member that prostitution was legal in Poland, the police would not be interested or bothered and that the hotel lobby should be considered a public place, much like a street corner which is the normal habitat of these ladies.
Not happy with this explanation I pursued the matter over the next several days having email after email ignored by Carlson Group, Radisson Blu and Residor Group until I received a response that appeared to recognize my frustration at this companies appalling response to a legitimate customer complaint and said that they would in effect 'have a word with them about it'.
All in all if you are a single male looking for a good night out then give it a bash, the hotel itself is OK, its clean and the front desk staff are efficient and helpful but don't expect any kind of response from the public relations department at group headquarters should you come away with something more than you bargained for!

In reply to your review I wish to reiterate that we do not support this behavior in any way shape or form.
We are working proactively together with our colleagues, security company, police authorities and hotel federation which has been explained in our previous correspondence.
The Hotel and the Rezidor Group has a very firm stand point towards the act of prostitution.
I firmly believe we have obviously not come across correctly during the resent correspondence between the hotel and yourself and I sincerely apologize for this.
