“very good centrally located hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

Really good hotel in perfect centrally location, close to shopping centres. Rooms are spacious,
bed was very comfortable. A little bit noisy because of my room was on busy street side and trams made noise in early morning hours. Breakfast is plentiful and food is fresh and delicious.
Check in went very quick and receptionist was very kind. So I had very positive impressions.
I would recommend to anyone who needs not expensive but decent accommodation in the city centre.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Not IN downtown, but really close. It was within walking distance to everything we decided to experience in two days worth of time
.
Also - BREAKFAST - even though it's not cheap, it is worth it. There are a lot of options.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Check in was very quick & staff were attentive, we had a very large deluxe room, it was wonderful to have so much room. Large windows that opened up to a great view of the busy Street below.
Room had a king size bed, which was so comfortable. mini fridge which worked great as drinks were icy cold, not the case in other hotels.
Couch, desk, luggage storage, very large cupboard, 3 large chairs, there was no tea or coffee making facilities, no air conditioning & no free wifi.
Bathroom was also very large, soap & shampoo dispensers & shower caps only. Area was very good , restaurants & cafes, shops at doorstep. Trams & buses literally outside doorstep. When you walk out of hotel to the left across the road you will see a kiosk, you can purchase your transport tickets from there. If going to the old town walk straight up from hotel about 100 metres catch the number 18 tram for 7 stops & when you get off walk up the stairs & you will be at the beautiful old town, there is so much to see. Do the reverse to go back to the hotel. Also from outside hotel you can get on a buses nos 525, 501, 135 any of these for 2-3 stops will take you to train station, and very large indoor shopping centre. For us it was a beautiful hotel , fantastic area to see beautiful Warsaw.

Good location and decent food. That's about it for me. Stayed 2 nights during a hot period (and no aircon) and it was a nightmare. That coupled with the traffic / tram noise meant I had about 2 hrs sleep a night. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a coach tour.We found hotel undergoing some form of major reconstruction/refurbishment, with extensive scaffolding very close to our windows, the outside of which were caked in brick dust.
The weather was very hot and the room oppressively stuffy. There was no aircon, and so in order to attempt to sleep we had to open the windows wide, straight out onto the scaffolding-rather disconcerting that someone could have stepped straight into our room in the middle of the night, had they wished to!
The hot water ran initially dark brown from the taps, too.
Ending on a positive note, the breakfast in the hotel was excellent, and the eating estabishments either side of the hotel (Green Cafe and U Szwejk) were both also first class.

A great hotel, in a great location, overlooking constitution square. I found the rooms to be very clean and modern, very comfy beds, great breakfast, and very friendly staff to assist you in any way they can. Some of the people on our tour were near the front of the hotel which does apparently get a little bit of traffic noise, but my overall experience was excellent.Does not look super flashy from the outside but fantastic inside. I will certainly stay there again if and when i visit Warsaw again

Room Tip: Ask for room towards the back, as there is less noise, but i think overall you will enjoy this hotel
