“Excellent business hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel is ideally located for both the new centre and the old town. Just round the corner from Warsaw Central Station and hundred meteraway from bus and rail routes to Chopin airport. Very clean, bright roooms, professional staff. Pleasant entrance lobby and confortable rooms. Very good internet connection. Breakfast excellent. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 months on a business trip, so I had the opportunity to change 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms were adequately furnished. As it was a business trip, broadband connection in the room was bundled with the room rate. Hotel is in a great location, near to the Centralna and a big shopping centre. Easy to find food within proximity of the hotel. Average gym which also has a jacuzzi and sauna, also bundled with my room rate. Breakfast was average, but choice of food is good even for a long term stayer like me. Because the hotel is pretty much central, it is easy to get around as Warsaw has a great tram network.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location. From the minute we arrived we were most impressed. Check in was quick and easy however the staff took the extra time to ask if it were our first trip to Warsaw and then explained on a map where everything was and how to get to it. We also found a very useful book in our room about Warsaw with some very helpful tips. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, to everyone, I was in business trip to Warszawa and I stayed at this hotel. It is very nice hotel, renovated, the staff is very polite and friendly, room was very clean, bathroom too (little bit old),b breakfast was good and hotel is situated in the business zone, next to the hotel is shopping mall, and bus station, metro station so you can easily get to many attraction in the city. Near by is the highest building in the town so called Palace of science and culture,it has impressive view and there is tourist info in that building so you can get all information that you needed.

Most of the comments I would have made have already been addressed by others. I thought the location was great even though it was a good 20 min walk or so into the old town. Buses are plentiful and you are right beside the main train and bus station. Being across the road from the new mall was also helpful. It has a Carrefour supermarket in the basement and lots of fast food/restaurants.
My room was on the 5th floor. It was fairly big, very new and modern and had a nice colour scheme....pretty much what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It was neat and clean and furniture was modern. The view was poor though....not an issue for me. I had a double bed and a couch. My room rate also included a welcome drink in the bar and free internet. TV only had 3 English speaking stations, all of which were news.
The front desk staff were really nice and helpful and spoke good English. I asked for two early morning wake up calls and these were completed without a hitch.
Breakfast was pretty typical and quite extensive.....everything you could want or need. It is however quite expensive at 83 zloty. The mall can offer better deals.
All in all I would recommend. I note that several people mentioned noise. I was out early and back late and did not have any issue. I did however hear some drilling but thought this was from building work beside the hotel. The hotel seemed really quiet at the weekend but was much more busy during the week. Quite a range of ages....
