“Great for a walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

Lazienkowski Park is great if you want just to chill out
it's really worth it to go to the Lazienki Park to see it. The whole Park is an attraction, the silence there is inspiring.

“Another fabulous two-tail mermaid statue with a friend!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

This palace-on-the-lake is wonderful in and of itself, with truly grand ravine-like semi wild grounds that go on and on, flowering bushes and trees, really a lovely place. But even better just very close to the palace itself, is the second Warsaw two tailed mermaid statue set (the first is on the Old Town Plaza). This one has two, two-tailed mermaids holding hands, with two fish above them. This is a fascinating statue, incredible. Who thinks of these concepts: a two tailed mermaid?? Wonderful! Wish we had this at home. Definitely worth a special trip.

“Neo-classical structure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

Interesting palace build originally as a bath house for another palace next door which later became part of a palace complex. Salomon's pieces of art. Palace built on an artificial island

“Beautiful park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

The park surrounding the palace is absolutely beautiful - a great way to spend an afternoon. Loved walking around, looking at the peacocks and trying to feed the squirrels. A bit far from the city, but worth making the trip if you have time.

“Quite poor - and closed... .”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

The park itself is exponentially more beautiful and interesting than the "palace", which is more like a small (very small...) mansion house.
The "palace" was actually closed for maintenance while we were there, and not a single sign made it clear that one cannot access it.
