I am a Polish American. I was born in Warsaw but have lived most of my life in the states. I have spent much time in Poland because I have my grandmother here.I chose this spot b/c of the reviews on TripAdvisor and was soooo happy. It is tucked away on ul Bednarska. Check your maps to find it. It is off the beaten path - but well worth scouting out. You will order at the counter, pay, and then the nice young ladies will bring your food to you. Food consists mostly of soups, pierogis, nalesniki (polish crepes), and polish salads. Although the menu is not very extensive, the food is superb! We ate the white borsch (Yum) and tried 2 varieties of sweet pierogis. They were light and fresh. The sweet cheese filling was so good I wish I had had more room to try more food. Our entire meal came to just under 25zloty - a mere 8 US$. What a deal. Don't miss this spot!
