The morning of 4 August 2011, a group from the CIOR Congress went on a tour Wilanow Park & Palace, escoted by two tour guides named Eva. The older Eva, when she spoke, looked toward the palace instead of the tour guests, spoke in a very weak voice, and could not be heard. She talked with the front two or three people on the tour and ingnored the remainder. Half way through the tour, we had an opportunity to abandon the older Eva and to join the younger one. The younger Eva was a much better tour guide. The older Eva needs a portable public address system if she is to continue as a tour guide.
