“Burlesque Gastronomic Adventure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2013

After many planned visits I finally had a chance to try and taste this hidden gem. Totally unexpected ambiance and locale on the ground floor of a shopping mall, the decor and seating arrangements immediately give a welcome feel. The restaurant's decoration is to say burlesque, not unexpected hence it's name. Even outside is has spacious seating with the quiet soothing backdrop of a water wall. Chairs are comfy and tables are spacious. But, it's all about the food, and I was taken aback with the quality and diversity. I had no idea such good, perfectly prepared and not over seasoned food came out of that little kitchen. Where did they find this chef?! Service was quick and friendly, always time for a little explanation or chat. HIGHLY recommended for a romantic dinner with your partner, a lavish lunch with your friends, or just a quick stop by to break up your shopping or sight seeing in Warsaw. My personal favorites: the duck and the cheesecake. Devoured that tasteful bird in record time..I'd go back just for that single dish.

“Delicious Polish food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

After a 2hr flight arriving in the center of Warsaw at the famous 'Zlote Tarasy' (Golden Terraces) and having lunch at Petit Moulin Rouge was a delight surprise. We ordered the 'placki ziemniaciane' and 'oszczypek' (don't know the English names).

The former consists of two small 'pancakes' made of potatoes (typical polish dish) served with salmon with sour cream on top. A lemon, a cherry tomatoe and some veggies make this a delicious polish lunch.

The latter (oszczypek) is smoked goat cheese served with cranberrie sauce. Delicious and filling as well!

The restaurant is located at level -1 of the shopping mall.

Free wifi, great service and very reasonable prices.

“Delicious!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Although it's located in the shopping mall, Petit Moulin Rouge is surprisingly good restaurant. They serve delicious breakfasts, but main courses are worth to try! Moreover staff is very competent and helpful.
It's located near Central Railway Station, so you can visit this place before or after your journey.

“Generous portions and tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

We had the duck foie gras salad, the tripe soup, and halibut. Each dish was plated beautifully and was delicious. I was astounded at the number of ingredients they put in the salad. Highly recommended, even if it is located in the mall. Great value but classy food. Friendly and prompt service.

“Great outdoor breakfast dining next to the train station”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

They offered several different breakfast styles, ie American, French, Polish. The breakfast was very filling and yummy. This is a good option for breakfast while waiting for the train since it is next door at the mall. They also had a nice outdoor seating area.
