“Quite an experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

The restaurant is located in an atmospheric cellar with little alcoves, and nioce see-through "windows". There was also live Polish music. The food was very filling and very good. As a starter I had the tongue in a creamy sauce. Fantastic! And then as I main course I had pork loin with mushroom sauce; also very good. Did not finish it though, it was just too much but the taste was excellent!

“Another experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2012 via mobile

Tradition, folk, a setting with character, with enormous variety and quantity of food, wines and vodka... We could not finish our meal! Make sure you have not eaten for at least 24 hours before going there! It was a really different and fantastic experience. I recommend it unconditionally.

“Delicious, nourishing, friendly.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2012

The restaurant is located a little away from the main street so it wasn't crowded even during the European cup. The place is cozy and the staff is friendly. The dishes are delicious and enormous, not healthy though. For this quality of food the prices are very low in terms of Muscovites.

“One I can honestly recommend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2011

There are many decent restaurants in Warsaw but for me this one is the best with delicious dishes based on 100-years-old receipes, huge portions, oldschool ambience and friendly staff. Always book in advance.

“Folksy ambiance and lots of great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2011

Our first night in Warsaw we were brought here. We were carried away and ordered too much: pierogies, pates, duck, pig's knuckles, all sorts of things. I deeply regret not being able to finish my dinner. Everything was delicious.
