“Very friendly and helpful staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

The Hotel location is fine, near centre town. The cleanliness should be improved, special attention should be made to the carpet floor which, as all carpets, is a dust concentrator. Details such as lamps available at the bedside tables would be good or information notes in the bedroom concerning the internal phone numbers, preventing guests to ask for them in person at the reception (had to get down from the 9th floor in order to know how to call another room or even how to call the Reception...). The breakfast could also be improved although it is not bad, but quite regular. The price is ok and the free Internet is also very welcome! But the best in this Hotel is definitely the friendly and helpful staff both at the reception as at the Bar.

Convenient for the town centre, but the rather plain rooms and, in my case, the dreadful view across the hotel roof gives this hotel a less than average rating.
Breakfast was good the usual European breads, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, etc, but with a small choice of hot food too.
Internet worked fine and the hotel cost was fair, but not enough to redeem it.

This hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the airport and about 10 minutes by foot to Rzeszow town centre. Check-in was uncomplicated and our room was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked better than in some five star hotels I've stayed in.

The bathroom was large and there was great water pressure in the showers. The bed was comfortable and the double glazed windows also had blackout curtains.

Continental breakfast in the morning was good and more than enough to kick off the new day.

The hotel is situated directly beside shopping mall and there is an ATM and bus stop right outside the front door.

All in all, the perfect spot when visiting Rzeszow.

We had a group of 40 people staying in Hotel Forum for 2 nights.

It should be noted that the group was ALL english speaking with no polish in a polish hotel.

Check in for the group took place in minutes; reception had things very well organised when we arrived.

We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night. Our enquiry about food wasn't made until 8pm, and our group didn't arrive at the hotel until around 9:15. Despite this, everyone was checked in, luggage left in their rooms, and sitting in the restaurant with food to eat by 9:45. They had a set menu prepared for us in that timeframe, and the food was excellent.

Breakfast was a buffet selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, juices and fruits.

The reception, bar and restaurant staff were a pleasure to deal with at all times. No enquiry we made was too much or too difficult, and they provided the group with maps, directions and very good recommendations for where to shop or eat.

All of the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Water pressure in the showers was excellent, and there was no problem with things like extra towels.

Price wise we found it very reasonably.

All in all it was a very pleasurable stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Nice enough hotel for the price. We opted for the luxury room as the apartment we booked, wasn't actually booked (in spite of 2 emails confirming it was). Good big bathroom, and everything clean, if a few things in need of repair (mostly loose where other guests had leaned / stood / sat I guess). Breakfast OK butnothing extraordinary. Really handy for town centre and above a trendy shopping centre that's almost finished.
