Convenient to stations (20min walk) Don't be put off by the outside. Dingy entrance gives way to bright modern appartment. Comfortable and clean. Spacious rooms. Good ensuite showers.Access to well stocked kitchen for do it yourself breakfasts. Good cofee on tap. (Didn't go a bundle on the wee cakes/biscuits though) Free internet access. Good for walking into town centre (Rynek 10 mins Castle 20 mins). The wonderful Jaga is there to meet and greet and supply suggestions and tips. She knows and loves her city, speaks perfect English, amongst other languages, and is a mine of information who goes out of her way to be helpful.(But I don't share her passion for pierogi. Instead check out the Vegetarian (Vega. Krupnicza 22 10 mins.) The only down side is no air-con. And it does get hot in Cracow! But for convenience, friendliness, comfort and value it can't be beat.

Believe all the reviews of the Cracodays apartments-they are true. It is clean, comfortable, visually appealing and in a convenient location. We stayed here for four nights and had two rooms,one at the back and one at the front. We slept at the back and it was quiet and the cutains kept out the light but the windows could be opened to let in the fresh air. Our teenage children were in the room at the front and they had no complaints. The kitchen is a great asset and we used it to make snacks and keep drinks cool- although we also played a few games of Scrabble at the table. Our children also enjoyed having the computer at hand and we were able to check in online for our return flight. However, what makes the difference in staying here is the excellent staff who are so helpful and give really useful advice on yummy places to eat and drink. Jaga told us about Dynia for breakfast which was excellent and many other useful tips. We also had help with buses etc.. when we wanted to take our kids to the water park. When Jaga left to go on holiday another young woman took over (sorry I have forgotten her name) and she was also excellent and even gave us some crunchy nuts when we left.

Excellent stay. Clean, convenient and homely. However, the best thing about the apartments was Jaga. She was so helpful and attended to our every needs - meeting us, booking tours, taxis and generally being a tour guide! Well done Jaga and a big thanks from us all.

I believe it was the best bathroom I had during an 8 week European holiday that included over 20 hotels and apartments.

I had a problem with my wireless internet connection, Magdalena's husband (whose name escapes me, sorry) came over and fixed it up for me very quickly.

The location was good, on a quiet street that was just 5-10 minutes from the old town.

I'd like to go back to Krakow, and this will be my choice of accommodation if I do.
