“Fabulous!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and I cannot fault it!
The hotel was clean and warm and all of the staff were really friendly.
The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner.
We went on a trip to auctwitz that was all organised by the hotel, transport and everything for about £25-30.
It was well organised and very interesting!
Thank you :)

This is a regular stay for us perfectly situated in the Jewish quarter walking distance from the square either along the river or through the Jewish quarter. Walking distance from shindlers factory. The breakfasts are superb with plenty of fresh food on offer for all tastes. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff are friendly English speaking helpful with any requests. You can easily book excursions within the hotel at reasonable rates. This hotel offers a pool and spa area which is very clean and maintained. This hotel offers a boat trip up the river free of charge in the summer which is another way to see this lovely city. Can't wait to go back

I love the company's hotels. Hotel is a bit away from the main square, but it offers very easy access. There is a swimming pool and free wireless internet. Room was very cozy and well equipped. Kind and helpful staff.

This is a excellent hotel, good facilities, including pool, sauna, steam room, & free wi fi. Nice rooms, ours with a view over the river. Friendly & helpful staff, & ideal location for the jewish quarter as well as Krakow centre. The only negative is not having tea making facilities in the room

We stayed 4 nights at the Qubus In the middle of February. The hotel was very comfortable with a rooftop pool with great views across the river and city. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of the Old Town but it's a really interesting walk if you go through the Jewish district. There are also lots of great restaurants there. The tram to the centre stops by the hotel and taxis are cheap. We thought the hotel was excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor overlooking the river.

Beautiful well maintained and modern hotel. Excellent value for the price we paid. My wife and I visited Krakow in Feb 2013 and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Beautiful rooms, well maintained. Super clean. Staff were fairly friendly. The Gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were all excellent and hardly anyone was using them so it was just the 2 of us. Great view of the river and city depending on the room you get. Walking distance of 20 mins to an area where there are plenty of restaurants.

There is not a lot around the hotel apart from a small kiosk a street away. A pizza shop. The main tram line from the centre stops a minutes walk from the hotel.

Tram 50 or 3 depending on where you come from. We took the bus from the airport. Bus 292 or another and it was equivalent of £1 if not less. 4Zlotys. The bus takes you from the airport right to the centre, walk through the underground pass immediately in front of where the bus drops you off and then you are in the larger Galeria shopping centre where you can change money as soon as you go in.

Walk out the other end and there are trams (number 3) to go to the hotel. we just worked it out by looking at what was near the hotel.

There is a Tour company based in the hotel where you can book tours to Auschitz and The Salt Mines (well worth doing). The girl on reception initially did not tell us about this shop in the hotel and we found it by chance. She only offered us the double high priced taxi service which didnt include entry or a tour.

Did not try the breakfast. Was way too expensive.€17 EUROS per person!!
Although the restaurant food was not so highly priced as the breakfast, neither were the drinks.
It is more of a business hotel, hence the small amount of tourists there...

Well worth the price and stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a river view room if available or possible.
