We stayed here with a school party and the hotel was very clean and comfortable and catered well for our school group. The rooms were well appointed with tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning that could be warm or cold. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice including cold meats and cheese and fruits as well as hot scrambled eggs and sausage. As we were a school party we had an evening meal here which was tasty and hot.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the main square was about a 5 minute walk away. Would recommend this hotel for a city break.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quieter and rooms on the higher floors have painted murals of the town on them...

We wanted a Hotel close to the center with good price, and this hotel had a good relation quality/price. It was easy to park our car close to there. The room was really good on the 4th floor with a window in the roof. Clean, confortable bed, nice bathroom and really clean. The problem was the movement of the bed because of the train..
The breakfast was really good atending to the price we paid for the room.

On arrival at hotel, first impression was how clean reception area was. Quite a basic little hotel, but for a short stay, it had everything we needed. The room was clean, as was the bedding and towels. Again there was everything in the room to make me comfortable for 4 nights. The location was good, and took about 6 minutes to walk to the main square. Walking around day or night I always felt safe getting to and from the hotel. The dining room was small, and could get a little chaotic when busy. Food was mainly continental, with only scrambled egg and sausage as a hot meal. Breakfast was the same each morning. Once again I could live with this for a short break. Staff on reception were quite helpful and polite. Value for money a good little hotel. No complaints.

I have just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bedrooms are spacious and clean, complete with commodities such as cups and a kettle, for tea and coffee etc. The bathroom was also in immaculate condition, and the shower was huge! The rest of the hotel, i.e. the breakfast room and reception were also in keeping with these amazing standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore the city of Krakow, as it is only a five minute walk to the market square. Therefore very close to shops, restaurants and bars.

However, during the first evening of my stay. My friends and I did have the misfortune of meeting an extremely moody neighbour. She interrupted our relaxing evening to complain about the sound that the doors made when they closed. I don't think she understood the principal of a 'fire door' and its tendency to close heavily, in order to actually prevent the spread of fire. She was abrupt and inappropriate when confronting my friends, and even raised her voice to a shout! However, we did not let this dampen our parade, and continued to thoroughly enjoy our time in Krakow. Since returning from Krakow, i have noticed that this women has written a very pompous review in which she complains about the length of the blinds, and also the time at which my friends and I awoke in the morning. I would like to clarify that we woke at six o'clock as our breakfast slot was at six thirty. To any others visiting krakow i would recommend that you wake just as early in order to get the most out of your day! After all there is so much history in the city, and lots to see besides the four walls of your hotel room.

I would also recommend that if you're hearing is so impeccable that you can hear a door close from inside your own room, that you invest in a pair of good quality headphones.

yours sincerely,
The 'Youths'

Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Very near to the main square, must go into the piano rouge just to see the decor, if you eat or drink in the main square they will charge you double and there are nice bars and restaurants just off the main square, the dorbzt fish n chip restaurant is good. Visited auschwitz, birkenhau can only say this was very humbling experience and makes you self reflect. Salt mines are very good to see but there are lots of stairs down so not good for anyone with any ailments. Polish people very helpful and polite and speak good English.
