“Number 7 best attraction in Krakow???”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013 via mobile

Where do I start with this one? Here's a few words to start me off. Exquisite, talented, sublime, moving, intimate, romantic, amazing! For 65 plz you get to see talented musicians at the top of their game, demonstrating their beautiful craft which will have taken them years and years to perfect. The acoustics were wonderful and the crowd were stunned with their absolute brilliance. The number one violinist added humour toward the end with an individual solo which included playing the violin like a guitar with palm muting a la Ed Sheeran!! Insanely talented! This should be up there with the main square as the attraction not to be missed. We even got a free glass of wine after the performance for a local restaurant. What a way to spend the evening of our 10 year wedding anniversary!

“Brilliant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013

This hour long concert in St Adalbert Church was a delight. Just snaps of lots of lovely classics as well as some modern music, topped off with some brilliant ad libbing at the end by the lead violinist. Well worth the money and completed by 4 day tour of Krakow.

“Soothing evening - extremely talented musicians”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

We came across an ad for this concert through Discover Cracow (with whom we booked our tickets). We realized the church was quite small so wondered how an orchestra could fit in it, so it made more sense when we were seated and a string quartet entered the room. The space was quite tight however the acoustics were fantastic and the musicians were really excellent.

Overall it was a really nice, and unexpected addition to our stay in Krakow and we would recommend this any day.

“Beautiful end to our trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

We decided to go to this hour long concert on our last evening and were so glad we did! The audience is very small in number and tightly packed into the small church which adds to the intimacy of the experience. The quartet played a number of well known pieces including an amazing solo by the main violinist. It was not the cheapest thing we did in terms of the time spent but it was still excellent value for money and really topped off a wonderful break in this beautiful city.

“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2013

We booked to see the small chamber orchestra in the tiny venue of St Adalberts church in the town square. There are two programmes which play on alternate nights. It only lasts for about 1 hour (which is about right) but is wonderful.
