I have to agree with the last 3 reviews. They have all made excellent points.First we received a friendly and warm welcome on arrival. The reception staff and Pieter who took are bags to our room were excellent
I too would recommend the club room . It was nice to have a quiet glass of wine in the club bar before going out to dinner. The roof top bar also had great views and the lunch we had there one day(of 3) was excellent.
We also were picked up and dropped of at the airport by the hotels S class Mercedes .i thought that was good value too for the extra luxury,
.Well done Sheraton and full marks to the staff in Kracow.

Recently spent two nights here in this lovely hotel. A picturesque setting near the castle, very quiet surroundings, yet so close to dining and the sights of gorgeous Krakow.

The rooms are spacious and roomy and the beds are terrific -- like sleeping on a cloud. The quality of the bedding combined with the quiet environment allowed for excellent sleep.

Breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding with choices for every taste: eggs made to order, meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, vegetables -- it's all there.

All employees we encountered from the bellman to the front desk to the bartender were extremely helpful with positive and charming attitudes. This made for an extra-pleasant visit!

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow!

This was our first visit to this hotel. My wife and I spent Saturday and Sunday nights having joined 3 friends staying there from the United States.
Although I felt the decor was a little dated, the rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and had extremely comfortable beds.
The staff was exceptional. We had a bad dinner at a famous restaurant on Saturday night. We decided to dine in at the Sheraton on Sunday night. Unfortunately, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. No problem! Jacob, who was waiting tables in the bar, probably the most gracious and wonderful waiter in the world, made sure that we could have dinner in the restaurant. The staff went out of their way for us! Not only that, the dinner was one of the best EVER! No kidding, their chef is a World Class Chef. Thank you so much everyone!
We just loved being at the Krakow Sheraton. Thanks to all of you!
PROS:
Easy and safe parking on site
Amazing beds
Wonderful staff
Super talented Chef
Club Level Rooms.... Worth it! The Club lounge is the best.
Buffet breakfast! Never experienced better food nor more variety.
Dinner! Try it, you'll like it!
Exceptional exercise equipment
Very nice indoor pool.
Did we mention Great Staff?

Room Tip: We chose a "Club Level" room. Great value, with complimentary movies and amazing breakfast...

What a lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble from collection at the airport (and return at the end) to transport to Auschwitz and local restaurants. Recommending and booking restaurants no problem.

Perfect location overlooking the river and just ten minutes walk from the Market Square.

Excellent sports bar alongside and fifth floor is very comfortable with an outdoor bar and eating area. Would not consider any other location in Krakow.

Room Tip: We paid extra for the club level with the executive lounge and enjoyed the associated privileges

The hotel has a delightful position, a minutes walk from the river Wisla and five minutes walk from the castle. Public rooms are spacious, quiet and airy and the service was friendly and efficient. Thre is free WiFi in the public areas and a comfortable bar/ lounge area where got and cold drinks and snacks are served. We had a great stay there, eating in the restaurant on three occasions. We enjoyed the delicious food, which included international and local choices. The menu is varied, if not hugely extensive. Breakfast, however, is something else. I have never seen such a varied choice. It was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to operate and quiet. All in all we had a very enjyable stay. The hotel is about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the town centre, the square, and near to several churches, parks and a few shops.

Clean rooms. Good food. Good Value. A bunch of us from Ireland stayed stayed here for a Polish wedding. All had a good experience. The place is centrally located and the bar is nice. Sports bar beside showing lots of different games. Beer relatively expensive here but still OK.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent visit. Very comfortable rooms with large beds and an excellent buffet breakfast. Good location just 10 minutes walk from the main square where there are a variety of bars and restaurants.
