“Well worth a look.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

Beautiful buildings, but pathos behind it all. A mix of vibrant restaurants, old history, and unfortunately, some tat.
Get to the 'butcher' square, cathedral etc.

“Jewish District”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

On our 2nd visit to Krakow we stayed in the Jewish district. Have to say we enjoyed it and found it was quite a bit cheaper in this area. You have to have one of the Polish baguettes while there they are amazing. Queue up at the one with the largest queue as you will find the more popular the better it is.

“The place to go on a Friday/ Saturday night”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013 via mobile

Great nightlife, friendly bars and great music.
Couldn't appreciate much during the day and seemed rather barren but at night it definitely comes alive.

“Take a guidebook and work your way through this vibrant district”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Fantastic to see this area. It was very historic and we enjoyed visiting the synagogues (men need to cover their heads) as well as the other sights in this lively district. There are any number of good cafes and bars in which to take a break too. You'll probably recognize some of the area from Schindler's List

“Jewish areas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

This area is well worth a visit.... Walked it ourselves and followed the maps all around the area. It's an amazing area to walk and explore. The differences of culture and history of the area now and from during the war and what happened to its people. Superb little eateries all over the area
