“Very spoiling and great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

I stayed there 3 nights.
The rooms are very spoinling. The tab is very large, and it was a pleasure filling it with water after a long cold day in Krakov and the vicinity. The rooms are very large, and you have all you need in them. The bed is very comfortable.
Breakfast is very rich, and the waiters, who are very nice, brings to your table whatever type of coffee or a hot choclate you like,
Location: the hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from the old city centre, hence very comfortable for your stay there.
The hotel staff is helpful and kind.
Would recommend it to all my friends.

we would recommed this hotel and all the staff 100%. we re a family group travelling with a 2yr old and nothing was a trouble to them. rooms were really great and huge could hold a party in ours. bathroom was huge as well. bath/ 2- showers decor lovely. will return to this hotel again. the location was perfect for all the sites just 2 mins walk. and quite so you have a good nights sleep. everything you could ask for. food excellent buffet english breakfast. evening meals are cheaper outside loads of reasurants/cafes .trips reasonable arranged by hotel.

Room Tip: 6th floor very quite. 2nd floor quite but had a lovely veiw of park opposite.

Am a bit surprised to see this hotel not in the top 10 hotels in Krakow. The hotel is really nice, comfortable and best located a stone's throw away from the town centre. Most of the city is within walking distance from the hotel.
The rooms are nice and comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread was also quite nice, though super crowded when i stayed, which made service slow and inefficient at times.
I had the hotel arrange pick-up drop taxis to the airport, due to my odd travel times. the taxi's were on time, and quite friendly and helpful staff (though a tad too costly!)
overall a nice hotel for stay in Krakow. A pity it was snowing and raining around the city, so could not walk around a lot, but still thanks to its vantage locations could atleast see some part of the city.

Room Tip: take a room facing the town square. i think these are costlier rooms, the views is not exceptional b...

Just outside Old Town, perfect location for walking to tourist sites.
Exceptional staff, very friendly and ready to help with any request.
The concierge booked a car to take us to Auschwitz. Excellent service at a reasonable price.
We stayed in a Standard King room which had a very, very hard bed that was small by North American standards, and a view of a wall of windows. The shower head was impossible to aim and the shower door didn't close properly which caused the water to flood the bathroom floor whenever the shower was used (there is a floor drain nearby). One day on our return to the room at 3:00 pm the room had not been made up - we contacted hotel services and housekeeping was sent right up to clean but didn't leave any towels - at 6:00 pm we again called to request towels and they were sent right up.
Room service was excellent. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurants, but did visit the lobby bar which also provided excellent service.
We would stay at Radisson Blu again, but would request an upgraded rooom.

Room Tip: Request a room with a view.

Booked this hotel for a 5 day stay in this lovely city. On arrival we found free champagne and chocolates in the room which were described as a gift as I had earlier emailed the hotel stating that our visit was a birthday present for my wife......nice touch by the staff!
We booked a business class double room which has the advantage of being on the 6th floor (top) and had great views of the nearby Wawel Castle and park area. There are also a few nice extras compared to a standard double room. The location is perfect for everything in the city and is only a few minutes walk from the main square.
The staff were all superb in their attitude and friendliness and all are fluent in English so there were no communication problems. The breakfast was extensive with everything you could possibly want to eat at that time of the day!
On our departure day I mentioned to reception that our flight wasn't until 9.00 pm and we were offered a late check out of 5.00pm instead of the normal midday, for no extra charge. The staff are not obliged to do these things but they go out of their way to assist. Well done Radisson!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Krakow. We liked it so much that we intend returning to the Radisson Blu, Krakow in the summer when hopefully it's a bit warmer!
