This was one of the nicest out of several hotels in Poland in which I stayed. This one is not too far from the city center, and has a wonderful little bar inside the hotel, next to the restaurant. The bartender also had a great attitude, and spoke some English. The location in also pretty decent. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others!

Room Tip: If you don't smoke, request a non-spoking room, and have paperwork with you to prove your reques...

Good hotel, good value, good service. Sauna is OK, but there is no drinking water dispenser. After sauna it is a must.

It's a good value business hotel. It's not in the Hilton/Sheraton/Marriot category, but it's not that far. You get clean and comfortable rooms, with a TV (not a flat one), internet connection (cable, not wireless), toiletries (shampoo, soap, and bath gel), a good shower, and plenty of space for luggage. There is a pot for coffee or tea and a small fridge, though full of snacks and alcohol; but it can be used.

The staff is competent. We had no problems checking in and checking out.

There are two computers and wireless access in the lobby.

The breakfast buffet is very generous, with a lot of choices. It came included in the room. Do not miss it.

There is a swimming pool, but no gym.

The con of this hotel is the location. It's a bit away from the Old Town (Stare Miasto). It's a 8'-10' ride to the Old Town. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, in Armii Kraojowej. There are several lines that will take you to the Old Town: 501, 139, 173 & 208. The bus lines are very easy to use and they are inexpensive. Once you get used to them, the hotel's location is not a big problem. You can also walk to the Old Town, it should take you 25 minutes.

BTW, you have an Ibis Budget Hotel right there, by the Novotel. They share the same parking lot. You pay half the Novotel's rate.

To get to the hotel from the train station, you can take the 208 line. It's a 20' ride and it costs PLN 4 (USD 1.30, not bad). From the aiport, take the 501.

Room Tip: Do not miss the breakfast.

first thing is that the hotel is far from downtown so do not stay there for a short stay if you enjoy walking back to the hotel. the other thing is that this is a business oriented hotel. not really for couples or friends. it is a bit sad and has no charm especially after you walk in cracovia and you see all these beautiful streets. one would want to stay in the old cracovia
