I booked a tour to see the Black Madonna with Adam Czopek of this tour company. In his answer to my inquiry, he wrote: "We leave Krakow at 8:30 to be on time for 10:30 am English guided tour. 3H sightseeing..." So my understanding was that the tour included a guided tour to this place. When we got to Czestochowa, he brought my companion and me to the visitor's center where he proceeded to engage for us (without asking me first) a guide (who is a priest there). The guide cost me an additional 150 zloty. I only found out later that the guide was unnecessary and that I could have gotten headphones and that would have cost a fraction of the priest-guide.
Further, on our return to the hotel, Adam decided to skip the toll plaza and go the long, country-road route. This took 2 hours longer than the trip going there. He claimed that the toll plaza would be too crowded at that time of the day...It was 2 p.m. in the afternoon! Believe me, it was not a pleasure to sit in his old, rickety van for 4 hours!
So, is Adam honest? Travelers, beware. You might as well just engage a taxi for this trip. It would be much cheaper.

I am so sorry you are not backing to your memories with pleasure, but we are company to fit the travel to your expectations, but first, we have to know them. Some people like more comfort instead of better price or faster than safer- we are here to adapt. But once again- we have to know what you like.
In this case I gave opportunity to choose the way she likes picking her up to information point with tickets. She decided by herself to have guide person, what is really great opportunity. By the way, in this place they generally have not got headphones in May yet...
Country-road route had been chosen because of unexpected traffic on highway which was announced on the Radio, what probably saved for us extra minutes.
Most of our customers fell more than comfortable in our Marcedes car.
