We ate here 2 days before the restaurant launched its new menu as , according to the waiter, their regular customers were unhappy that popular dishes had been dropped (apparently the chicken masala was much missed). The restaurant was very quiet and therefore lacking in atmosphere.
That being said, the dishes we chose were very good, one Thai influenced the other an unusual beef cheeks with Chinese flavours. The sauvignon blanc was cold and crisp and the green tea cheesecake with hibiscus jam rates as one of the most imaginative desserts I can remember.
