“very good location to ensure you visit all the sites !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2013

This hotel is in a great location for a weekend break as we used it. It was 20mins from the airport and sits 15min walk to the old town sq and is 5mins walk into the Jewish qtr. The rooms are a good size and very clean ( we had room 13 ) , the staff are friendly and we too used the personal driver as recommended on TA to see Auschwitz which really gives you flexibility, Michael was our driver and really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are very good in the hotel with lots to choose from, the only negative which is a personal gripe is that the bar area in the evening if you want a drink is very bright so we sat in the lobby area as it was darker - but this should certainly not put you off staying here. If we visit Krakow again I will certainly stay here !

Room Tip: try for the back as it is quieter but we didn't have a problem at the front ( room 13 )

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m glad you have enjoyed your holidays staying in our hotel and exploring Krakow. The hotel is really good located, all major tourist attractions, historic monuments and other sites are within easy reach, in large part within walking distance. Thus, so good for city break.

I’m happy you used our driver for Auschwitz tour! They are always reliable, very professional and friendly. It is faithful service we can always highly recommend.

If it comes to the Restaurant and bar area downstairs, actually it is quite bright, however for whom it is too light we have cosy and comfortable lobby area, where our Guests can relax listening to atmosphering music and have a drink up there. I hope you liked it.

All in all I hope you had really memorable stay and during your next trip to Krakow you’ll also chose our hotel to stay in.

Best regards,
Front Office Manager

Amazing hotel, can't fault it. We're in the hotel restaurant now and it's our 1at day here. Just been to the old town where the Xmas markets were on and feel so xmassy now. The hotel is fantastic, not tatty or run down in parts it's top notch with all the trimmings. Ideal location too.

Stayed in the hotel for the first time during a 5 day business trip to Krakow. Finding a hotel in Krakow is not an easy task: lots of places to choose from, all of them with good to excellent reviews. Anyway, I decided on Queen boutique, because of its location close to the city centre, but also it allowed me to park my car without having to look for a parking lot for ages.

Having been on business in Eastern Europe for quite some time, I didn't have very high expectations. I was completely stunned: in terms of service, facilities, and value for money I hardly came across anything better. The rooms are relatively small but modern, clean, and excellently equipped. The breakfast buffet was rich and of good quality. And regarding service: one day the floor heating in the bathroom (which is set centrally by the hotel) was set too hot. I called the reception and housekeeping fixed it (a bit slow though). A few minutes later the hotel manager came up to the room, apologised personally, and gave me a bottle of red wine as an excuse.

Shall I come back to Krakow: Queen Boutique Hotel is my place of choice!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your opinion! I’m very happy that so many things exceeded your expectations and you found the hotel very nice, rooms excellently equipped and the breakfast tasty.
The floor heating in the bathroom was running really bad that day, indeed. To be fair, I have to admit it took as almost all day to reduce the temperature, what, I hope wasn’t such a big trouble and didn’t influence your overall impression. Now it all works properly and I hope you may check it during your next stay.
I believe you will visit us in the near future, and we will have an opportunity to welcome you with a nice treat .

Best regards,
Front Office Manager

My wife and I stayed in your hotel last weekend (Dec 12 - 15) in room 19. We have stayed in many great places but we both agree this is the hotel we have enjoyed the most. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed happy hour in the bar drinking the cocktails and chatting to the bar staff who were polite and attentive. Most of all we were delighted with how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were, including the bar and catering staff, and reception staff who stood up to greet us each time we entered the hotel reception. Thank you for all the great advice on places to visit and for arranging our trip to Auschwitz. We will happily recommend this hotel to our friends and we consider nowhere else to stay when we return to visit Krakow. Thank you very much.

Room Tip: Our room looked out onto the street and was remarkably quiet

This is a small hotel in the Jewish quarter of Kracow, Only 30 or so rooms but big and spacious well decorated and appointed with clean beautiful bathrooms that have underfloor heating.... toasty on the feet during a Polish winter. The staff are great and very pleasant but the Food in the restaurant is OMG wonderful. Limited menu but cooked and presented beautifully the chocolate fondant is to die for!

Dont stay in a chain hotel with lots of business men try this hotel you wont be disappointed and you will get a good night sleep and great food.

Room Tip: Double Room with a View the best choice overlooks the park and is very quite, in the summer the balc...

Dear Guest,

We would like to sincerely thank you for being so kind and enthusiastic reviewing the Queen Boutique Hotel****. We are really pleased to hear that our new winter menu in Amarylis Restaurant met your expectations. Krakow during the winter time is really magic, with its Christmas atmosphere and famous Christmas Market. After exploring the city we would like to invite all our Guests to Queen Beauty&SPA zone for free sauna session, that will warm you more than heated floor! Thank you so much for recommending us to other travelers and, in this situation, there is nothing else like to invite you again!

Stayed here for 3 nights 14-17th November. We were a party of four females and this had been my 2nd time at this hotel but a first for my 3 friends. I just love this hotel, its location is excellent, staff fantastic, hotel clean, rooms clean and warm. Reception staff can't do enough for you. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of selection. Had a meal in the Amaryllis Restaurant and WOW what a meal we were served absolutely 1st class. Had two lovely young waiters one male and one female who were so pleasant and attentive. Thank you for the lovely complimentary Polish vodka. We also used Paul, the hotels taxi driver for pick up from airport and return to airport and on the Friday he took us to the Concentration Camp and also the Salt Mines. He was excellent and would not hesitate to use him again, very reliable and immaculately turned out. Hope to come back in the not too distant future. Thank You to all the lovely staff who made our stay to enjoyable

We visited this hotel after booking a holiday with Escape to Poland. We stayed five nights at the hotel and had a double room and a twin room. From the outset it was clear that the hotel was spotless. The rooms were superb with plenty of space and they were exceptionally well furnished and very comfortable.
The restaurant was superb and the food was top quality.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
The hotel itself is located in an area that is close to the main square.
We will definitely return to the hotel.
