“Excellent business meeting place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Perfect place for organizing business meetings - convenient location in the heart of the Krakow city centre, in a walking distance from the Old Town, and railway/bus stations (just 2 tram stops from the station). Modern, bright and convenient meeting room (incl. wi-fi and air conditioning - both working well), excellent and tasty food variety / choice. But the most important asset is the friendly, competent, exceptionally courteous and helpful staff - a real pleasure to work with. Conclusion - definitely meets requirements for the highest quality rating, a place to enjoy, maybe for longer than just the meeting. Real pity that I did not see the rooms (thus cannot rate such).

We had a fantastic stay at the Queen boutique hotel (08/06/13-10/06/13) We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a nicer place. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous and made us feel very welcome. Our room was extremely clean and well presented with everything you need for a great stay. It was modern, spacious and extremely comfortable with air conditioning (definitely needed!) mini bar and free wi-fi. The rest of the hotel, reception area, dining room and general areas are kept to the same high standards and makes for a great stay. The breakfast choice is really good and the qulaity is superb. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from all the main sites and walking to them is such a pleasure due to Krakow being such a beautiful city.
My wife and I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Krakow. A new found favourite!

Room Tip: Our room was room 7 on the first floor, very peaceful so maybe ideal for those looking for a quieter...

A group of 6 of us stayed here for my 30th birthday and we couldnt have wished for better accomodation!
The rooms are clean and spacious, all the staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and the location is perfect.
We had 3 double rooms and each room was different but equally as good. Our room had no tea or coffee making facilities, but why would that matter when it was available downstairs free of charge?!
I really cant recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely return here!

Stayed at this hotel for one week in May 2013 and were very impressed by the standard of cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the lovely breakfasts. The location is good being a few minutes from the Jewish Quarter and approx 10 minutes walking distance from the old town square. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone and would certainly stay here again if we return to Krakow. If you require a taxi to the airport ask reception to book this for you as it is cheaper. C and J Humphries Co Down N.Ireland

Room Tip: ask if possible for a room at the back of the hotel. Some rooms have small balconies

Dear C and J Humphries,
First of all thank you very much for taking your time and writing such approving review. I’m glad you had lovely stay and you enjoyed both hotel and the city. Krakow is amazing place and we are located in halfway between the Old Town with Main Market Square and the Royal Castle, and the Jewish Quarter - just perfect for city exploring. I can’t imagine better place to stay for city break and I’m very happy you have the same feeling 
I hope we’ll have an opportunity to host you again!

Hotel is bang center for Square and Jewish quarter, rooms brilliant, breakfast great and staff all young and very friendly and helpful. Rained one night and they even gave 4 of us an umbrella each to use. Also arranged transfer to airport for only £20 for 4 of us. They booked Salt mines and Auschwitz trip for us.....both recommended. Tea and coffee in rooms, fridge with reasonable prices and TV with BBC world news and Sky news.Across road is a real cheap bar and typically Polish, have a least one in there for experience! Free wi-fi available and has bar with good selection of shorts and a nice draft lager again at reasonable prices.

Room Tip: Room 6 overlooks main carriageway room 7 back of hotel
