“Excellent value & very helpful staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2013

Very happy to recommend this cracking little hotel. My friends and I used a quad room for 3 nights. Plenty of room, very clean & toiletries/towels changed daily without a problem. Breakfast was extra but good value & there was plenty on offer - hot or cold food. The location is excellent being just a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. Yes, the trams can be a little noisy outside but after a full day's activities I was soon asleep. The staff are very welcoming & happy to help with directions etc. thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

This is a basic, good quality aparthotel which I can't fault. There's no glitz or glamour about it but it had everything we needed to have a great break in Krakow,
The Pergamin is within walking distance from the train station and within 5 minutes walk to the main town square, There's a supermarket just down the street if you fancy a late night choccie bar. The room was clean, the beds were fine, and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were allowed to check in way before the time.
There's nothing more to say about this aparthotel other than it was good value for money and I would recommend it to friends,

My partner and I stayed here for 4 night in October 2013. Fantastic location, a mere 5-10 minute walk to the main square. The room was spotless, we had a double bed and a single bed in our room. Clean, fresh towels were given to us daily. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was powerful. The room had a flat screen TV/DVD player and mini bar. Despite reading previous reviews before going on holiday, we heard no noise at night, despite our window being out on the main street.

Only cons of the stay were: no milk for the tea, rather unfriendly staff (although some were better than others - english was excellent!), the covers on the bed were too small, we ended up using both the cover from the double bed as well as the cover from the single bed.

However, for what we paid, I would definiately stay here again.

Tough one to review, we mulled over if this should be Average or Very Good. If it were not for the excellent staff this would be an Average. The hotel is located just across the Planty on a busy but convenient street and is a five minute walk to the main square. We were welcomed into the hotel by some very friendly hotel staff, they were always smiling and willing to help, providing assistance where required and recommending some excellent local places to eat. As for the hotel, its good but could do with some maintenance, nothing major but some minor niggles need fixing such as wonky table lights, broken lamp shade, missing knob to the shower door and the lift that was only operational for the first day we were there. If it were not for these issues we would have rated it higher. Our room was clean and to an acceptable standard, the shower was great and the remote controlled A/C worked well, we also had a balcony to the rear. The room had a flat screen TV, DVD player, fridge, safe, tea/coffee and hairdryer. There was some minor noise from the room above but nothing drastic and a small disturbance at 2.00 in the morning when some “fools” came in after a few drinks and made some noise. Would I stay here again? recommend to friends and family?, Yes I would.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean and we had three single beds (2 together as a double). Bathroom was clean and shower powerful and hot. We liked the location as it is on the same side of town as the bus/train station (a 20 min walk). There is a tram stop at the end of the road and the old town square is a 5/10 min walk along a straight road.
The only issue we had was a very noisy Saturday night with noise from what we assumed was a nightclub nearby (we were at the back of the hotel so think this was on an adjacent street). You also get quite a bit of noise from the room above as there doesn't seem to be much sound insulation between the ceiling and the floor. Having said both of these things about noise, I can't imagine that rooms would be much quieter in the town square with all the bars etc there.
Breakfast was good. A selection of meats, fruits, pastries, breads and hot sausages, eggs etc. Can be hit and miss on choice depending on when you hit it. We arrived after a large group had just finished and the choice wasn't replenished whilst we were there.
One thing we would say is that the staff were very friendly and the receptionists very helpful. They spoke excellent English and helped will all queries.
Would stay here again but maybe not over a weekend.

If it wasn't for the staff the aparthotel was not worth writing about. The room was okay but very average and not clean. The location could have been better, but was in walking distance from the Main Market.
We had breakfast in the cellar. Cheap, lots of food, but not delicate.
I must highlight the staff. The girls was so helpful and friendly.
