“Good location and value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014

Our fourth stay in this hotel - friends near by. It is well located for the beautiful Old Town and more modern shopping centres. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Shower curtain too short so water ends up all over the floor. No air conditioning which even in February with the outside temperature -5, would have been helpful. Breakfast typically Polish - lots of things I would not dream of having at breakfast and the usual soggy continental cereals (give me Kelloggs every day!) but nevertheless, a good selection and we certainly did not go hungry.
A shame they have reconfigured the hotel and closed the main entrance off.
Very helpful staff and another enjoyable stay. We will return as it is excellent value for money.

Hotel is well located. Close to the Old Town, big shopping centre and railway station. You can get easily reach those places by foot. It was very kind from the hotel side that they have given us late check out for free. Room was clean and nice with big bath. Breakfast was also great. It is good value for money and I could give even the best rating. But...
Because of checking out I can't. When we had given back keys we heard from reception '' that's all''. No smile, no good word for goodbye. Manager of the hotel should pay attention to this and explain girls over there that it is also important to smile to the customers and ask them if they have enjoyed a stay etc.

Positives: Huge rooms and nicely decorated, good quality bedding and mattresses, very good breakfasts, helpful staff and convenient location, everything is very clean and fresh

Negatives: Internet speed is abismal, no air conditioning (opening windows doesn't help as the street is really busy from about 5am), shower head at very low position (and I am not tall) and impossible to be fixed at convenient angle

The Hotel is located very close to all the main attractions (Old Town, Shopping Gallery, etc.). Easy access for all those coming with the car. The Hotel offers either underground car parking and a lot of parking space at the front of the building. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment (TV, Internet, free water, etc.). I do recommend the Hotel's restaurant. They offer fresh and very delicious dishes for very reasonable money. It is worth to stay at the Hotel and try instead of going outside. The check-in and check-out was very fast without any problems.

Room Tip: 110 on the 1st floor, higher standard with two separate rooms.

This is a nice hotel, convenient location, clean and comfortable room. Stayed 1 night and was fully satisfied, good value for money. The only little con is that sounds from other rooms can be heard pretty good.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012 via mobile

This is our first time in Olsztyn for a business trip. The lobby is very nice and modern and the restaurant is excellent, however our room was more like a dormatory than a suite. There is a large (and collasal waste of space) entry room separated from the main room by a door. This entry room is empty save for a wardrobe/coat rack that takes up a fraction of the space. The bathroom is clean and has a small vanity around the sink but no other shelf space so the bath towels have to be kept on the vanity. There is a small hair dryer and a pump for hand soap at the sink and shower gel in the tub/shower, but no other toiletries. There are two pegs on the wall on either side of the sink, but no hooks on the back of the door or near the shower. The main sleeping chamber is large and sparsely furnished. I suppose this would be fine if you were traveling with small children who needed floor space to play on, but this is not the case for us. There is a small round table and two chairs (and there are three of us), a desk, a sofa/sofa bed and a double bed. There is no coffee table or side chair with the sofa. All the furnishings are very insitutional and by no means does the room feel welcoming or inviting. The ceilings are high and there is one small picture on one wall. There are no other decorations of any kind. There is one bedside lamp and one stand lamp in the room, making it quite dark in what is now winter. There is also no climate control in the room, save for a table fan and a window that opens on to a noisy street. Thankfully the room rate is low because I've stayed in monastaries that offered more in the way of comfort and a welcoming feeling. It seriously feels like a institution rather than one of the best hotels in town. I am considering stopping at a couple other hotels today to see their rooms should we ever have to come here again.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

We stayed here in September, 2012 for two nights. The room cost 259 PLN per night. That price included buffet breakfast and free internet. Outside locked parking was 25 PLN per day. If you go in through the front door you don't have to go up any stairs. Hotel has an elevator and is quite modern now. Most desk clerks spoke English. The room did not have air conditioning but did provide a table fan. Also included in the room: refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, phone. Tub shower but the hand-held shower head was mounted too low on the wall for most people. 15 minute walk to the old city. Buffet breakfast was large and good. Had dinner one night and enjoyed it as well.
