I had several meals here during my stay at the Esperanto hotel to which this restaurant is attached.
There is a bar area, a raised restaurant area and outside terrace. The restaurant area is quite formal and posh the bar is much more informal, and the outside seating is quite relaxing you can watch the world go by while you eat.
The steak with Jack Daniels sauce was one of the est I have eaten in years. The meals were very well balanced and presented and the quality of the food was very high. I also sampled several of the desserts, again excellently presented and very tasty I can highly recommend the chocolate cake and fruit tart.
The staff were very good, fluently speaking in English, they made us feel very welcome. They even allowed our wedding photographer to use the restaurant and bar for wedding pictures.
The only things slightly detracting was the seating in the bar, the high chairs are a little uncomfortable to sit while eating.
