Restaurant is tastefully furnished with various antiques. English menu available, so tourists don't have to fret. The menu is interesting, with names such as "Menu for Popeye the Sailor" and "Dinosaur steak" (recalled from memory). Food is generally good and hearty. Recommend the Peasant Garlic Soup, which is wonderful on a cold day. It has a balcony where you can dine outdoors. However, the restaurant is oddly located and requires some walking.
