This lowland in the South of Moravia (Czech republic) is a unique example of sensitive incorporation of architecture into landscape. Thanks to Lichtenstein family (they still possessing Lichtenstein state) has survived here a complex of architecture (castles, pavillons, sculptures, parks, forests and lakes inwrougt by many sidewalks suitable for cyclists. The architecture is mostly eclectic utilising domestic limestone of pleasant colour. Moreover this region is a famouse by a production of wines, especially white ones, but rose is excellent as well.I fully reccommend to visit this area.
