Firstly lets get this straight - this attraction is 30km away. However this should not put you off as its very much worth the trip. You will need to take a 25min train ride (the lady in the tourist office wrote down which train and which bus we needed) t Blansko and then a bus to Skalni Mlyn. We bought a ticket for the train and cable car and then caught the 1.5km train to the caves. Once there we paid an additional fee for the cave tour which is very much worth the money - the first half of the tour is on foot and you will see some pretty amazing sites cuminating with the abyss itself (viewed from the bottom). Then its into a boat to ride through the cave lakes. The lakes have been lit from under the water in places and that creates a real sense of adventure as you travel through the low ceilinged areas. After the excellent (but better if you speak czech) tour we then went up to view the top of the abyss which is accessible by cable car - well worth the trip up. We then walked 2km to get a different bus back to the station so it made for a pleasant walk and end to the trip.
