“Comfortable location and good servise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2014

The hotel is situated in cosy and calm district away from crowds of tourists. But at the same time just in 10-15 min walk you are together with crowd at the very centre of Prague. There are no free parking places near the hotel - the only minus for car holders. To leave the car you should use municipal parking places that are charged. We were lucky - there were some places where on weekend parking is for free

Its not Hilton, but if you planning to spend your money on entertainment, food and shopping instead of hotel room where u really will stay only few hours for sleep than this is a great choice.
subway few blocks away. Neighborhood is nice and clean and feels safe. Rooms are huge with 2 double beds.Bathrooms decent tv is really small but who is really watching tv on vacation......
staff is nice and helpful and it smells nice there.
Every morning there is breakfast in the lobby area which is really nice.
We would stay again in the future...
price?? Cant beat it 197.00 dollars 2 rooms for the weekend.

We were really impressed with this Hotel when we stayed in September 2013. It was very affordable, but the rooms were massive and the breakfast was very generous with a great variety of meat, cheese, cereal, bread etc. The owner seems to speak at least six languages and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a corner room in this hotel and it was spacious. Bathroom was a little squishy, but I wasn't fussed. Wasn't too far from the train or tram which made accessing the city really easy. Wifi wasn't that great but we weren't in the room using it for that long. There were a couple of people in the reception area just down there to use the wifi. Pub across the street was good for a drink, and one evening a jazz band played outside (but finished at 9.30pm).

Room Tip: If you can ask for a corner suite, you will not be disappointed with space.

Stayed here for 1 night, large room, clean, comfortable and what is also important to me is a good shower. Located near enough the centre of town you could walk or just 2-3 metro stops - the station is about 5 minute walk away. Also located on the metro line that gets you to the airport bus. Close enough for convenince, but far enough to be quiet. Several restaurants nearby also.

Breakfast included sausages, bread, cereals, meats, cheese, cake andyoghurt. All that was missing for me was some fruit.

Friendly staff, tourist brochures etc to look through and they very helpfully kept our luggage for us for the whole day before we headed back to the airport.

Just got back from Prague & I stayed at Hotel City Bell. The room was very big, was perfect for the 3 of us and it was clean.
We had full WiFi on the 4th floor but due to the size of the building they have 2 internet hubs so you just have to reconnect above floor 2.
The lift is a bit small & feels a little wobbly but it was perfectly fine to use.
We were a 15 minute walk from the city center and the reception staff gave us a map with directions so we didn't get lost. During the day a taxi back is about 170-200czk and after around midnight its about 300-400 which isn't bad.
I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and would recommend it for friends & family as its near enough to be within walking distance but far enough away to be out of the noise.

Room Tip: The hotel is by a few roads, try & got up a few floors so you avoid hearing everyone drive over...
