“Good location, nice rooms.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Very comfortable big rooms, newly renovated bathrooms. Comfortable beds! Little noise from the street, It could be more sound isolated. Very good location near shopping area and old town. Little poor breakfast but it is all there that you need. Good service at frontdesk.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and here is my review..

1. WiFi is not good as they have installed many routers so you have to keep on changing. And it's very slow.

2. Staff is not as friendly as it should be.They may not even greet you when you look at them.

3. Concierge service is very poor.

4. Rooms are good and comfortable and ambitious of the hotel is good.

5. Breakfast is good and have enough varieties and it's open till 11 a.m

6. I wanted to have a coffee at midnight but the lady at counter was only selling beers and told me she has switched off the machine and didn't give the coffee.

Stayed four days at end of April'15. Whole hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious and well appointed and all amenities included, even a mini bar! The breakfast was varied and included hot meals, cold meats, cerals etc and was all very nice and well presented. The staff were always polite and pleasant (except one who was a guard on the back door in the evenings) We were in room 126 which is at the rear and was over the entrance to the hotel 'Rodeo Oldies' Bar and music could be heard coming from there. There was loud shouting etc in the street as people left this bar. However, it did not detract us from having a great time. We would definitely go back there (but avoid room 126 !!) There is about a 5-10 min walk to main shopping area and sights, but well worth it.

Room Tip: avoid rooms 125 - 129

Title says it all. Hotel is nice and the rooms are of a good size. Could do with a general freshen up and update though, more TV channels, better breakfast. Staff were very helpful and answered all questions and queries. Wifi is good in the lobby but not so good in the rooms.

Breakfast is really good. The carpet does not have clean look, though it is vacuumed regularly. The choice of carpet colour is the problem I think. It is a bit spotty. Bathroom is excellent and clean. Staff are polite and professional. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was particularly nice. The room was rather small and gloomy though with a small window overlooking a courtyard. The carpets throughout defiantly need replacing, they look grubby even if they aren't. The breakfast was good but sometimes overcrowded. The staff were courteous and helpful. Easy access to transport and easy to walk to all main sights.
