I stayed in this BB with my wife for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. Location is excellent, nice Charles Bridge is really 20 meters far from the hotel and the Old Town is only on the other side of the Vltave river. We also liked our room, we found it comfortable enough, We were surprised there was even kitchen and satellite TV. Breakfast was very good too, it started from 9 but when you ask for earlier time, personal prepared it for us at 8 with no problem.So we can only recommed it. Tom Berger from Germany

I have just returned from a 5-day stay in Prague, in Charles Bridge B+B. It was a wondrerful stay, not only thanks to the beautiful city of Prague, but also thanks to the perfect accommodation. When we arrived, there was no "water problem", we were accommodated in a very nice room, simple but as I said very nice and clean. With its plentiful and tasty breakfast (buffet style), and very friendly staff, it is the perfect accomodation in Prague. We were very happy to stay there and we would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice accommodation for a reasonable price.

If you are thinking of booking this Bed and Breakfast DONT!!! I will repeat that DONT!!! The fantastic location and budget price should of sounded alarm bells but alas we were naive. We booked three rooms in this place only to find on arrival that they had "water problems in the old building", We were told that they had other accommodation near Wenceslas Square. A taxi arrived and took us to what I can only describe as the un-friendly area of a very rough area. We were shown to an apartment with two rooms 3 beds in one and 4 in the other, the rooms very unpleasant, the beds temporary and the area very unsafe looking. Oh and we were given some bags with food in them and told this is your breakfast. Not surprisingly we decided not to stay, the Charles Bridge B&B failed to help us find alternative accommodation. I firmly beleive that they take bookings for one B&B and then put you into very very poor accommodation. Once again, avoid this place and remember if it looks to good to be true then it probaly is.

Booked 3 months in advance for a week stay. 6 room bed and breakfast in great location at base of Charles Bridge. My wife, 5 year old and I arrived on a fri evening and were told the place was having technical difficulties, "no water." So took us to another bed and breakfast on the outskirts of town, not convinient, no phone, no shower curtain or rod....sub par. We went back the next morning to settle bill, and by golly the dining room full of guests.....hmmmmm.....Either they had an all night plumber or they overbooked and gave us a techinical difficulty story, we are sure they overbooked and made up the story...but hey we did get a 15 uro a night discount, but not worth it, had to contact our tour agencies for new location, spent more money on transportation, etc, etc. Do not book a room at this place,,they cant be trusted.
