“What a find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

A fantastic place to stay. Kristina is such a fantastic host. As soon as we arrived she got us a drink and sat down with us with a map to explain how to get the most out of our break. We were over for a wedding that was at 3 different places during the day. She helped us find where they were on the map.
The apartments were clean and comfortable and you are far enough away from the centre to be away from all the stag do noise but near enough to get into the centre fairly easily (a 20 min walk along the river).
Breakfast was superb. The toasties are a must!
For the price it's a fantastic find. Friendly, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again if staying in Prague. THANK YOU KRISTINA!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're ever in Prague. The manager/owner, Kristina, bends over backwards to inform and take care of your needs - she is fantastic. The place is 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 15 minutes from the tourist areas. Great restaurants are everywhere. The rooms are spacious; thanks for the upgrade, and nicely furnished. Breakfast is extra but very nice - coffee/tea and other drinks are complimentary as well as as CNN & BBC on the television. My only negative comes from me living in a quiet, rural part of Colorado - Prague is a noisy city and can be disturbing especially at night.

Excellent place to stay for your Prague vacation. The owner, Kristina, is AWESOME! She welcomed us right in and gave us a quick "must-do" list. The room was comfortable and very clean. The only drawback is that it is on a busy road and its really loud in the room when the windows are open--easy fix--bring earplugs. Definitely recommend eating breakfast at the hotel to start your day off... make sure you try Kristina's famous "Toasties." Thoroughly enjoyed it and WILL be going back!!!

Room Tip: It's a bit loud when the windows are open. Make sure to bring ear plugs.

The hotel is a nice place situated roughly 20 minutes walk away from the city center (or 5 min from the subway). It features spacious rooms, and a wonderful and helpful staff. It's a small family run establishment and the welcome you get when you arrive is very pleasant. They give you a thorough introduction to the city, and help you plan your stay in a great way.

The rooms are a bit warn, but cozy. They feature a mini fridge and safe as well as cooking and cutlery. The wifi works fairly well across the hotel.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone planning a stay in Prague!

My wife and 2 friends stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. friendly staff, great location and rooms were very cosy and had all what we needed. The staff offered great tips on where to eat and what to see. They were like a tourist information centre. Thanks again.

Room Tip: Dont miss the guided tour of Prague castle.

Kristina, who runs the hotel, is someone who goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible Prague experience. When we arrived, she helped arrange a very reasonably priced and reliable driver to get to the hotel late at night, then greeted us with delicious Prague beer, a smile, and a map - and passionately explained and pointed out all of the must-see sites. It is clear she loves her city and her job and is an absolutely fabulous host because of it. Meanwhile, our room (really an apartment) was FABULOUS! It was big, clean, sunny, and beautiful with a spacious living room with kitchen and a nice sized bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet for a great nights sleep. Really, the room was both the best and cheapest out of all our destinations in Europe. And breakfast is delicious, filling - and very fairly priced (if you eat less, she charges less) - AND comes with latte/cappuccino/coffee. Throughout the trip, Kristina was the perfect person to ask questions or obtain advice from - she always steered us in the right direction with her recommendations. Really, everything about this hotel made our trip to Prague even more special and amazing. You are crazy not to stay here!

Very close to the Andel metro station where you can take several trams to the center of Praque. Kristina, the owner welcomed us with a big smile, invited us for a complimentary drink and marked all the must see sights on our personal map. Her tips about local restaurants nearby were excellent. We got a free upgrade to one of appartements which is a spacious flat with a bedroom and a living room. Our overall experience was very good, the only problem is that the beds have been used for a long time and they are very soft to sleep in... I recommend this place for everyone who would like to feel welcomed and seeks for tips from locals.
