a nice hotel with friendly staff down a little lane off wenchesla square. the hotel is new and modern and has a funky vibe to it. it is close to the train station 5minute walk and 10 to 15 from old town. staff were friendly and nice. room is nice and clean although starting to show some where. the breakfast was really good and wait staff were friendly. my only complaints are that the shower was small and they had ample room in the bathroom to do a different style. it is almost like a afterthought and just really small and cramped. the other complaint is that the rooms are a little noisy for certain things. you never heard a single person in the hallway talking but if a few people the sound really resonated. a case in point was the housekeeprs one morning talking amongst each other. i know it was 10 am but it was a long journey to get there and i had some jet lag to overcome. the other thing was on the 6floor with the curtains to cover the window on the angle you could really hear if another room was opening or closing theres. other than that the stay was wonderful and if i am in prague again i would repeat.

We got here because our hotel got overbooked, so i have no idea about price-quality. The hotel is modern, clean and ideally situated in the city center. Everything is withing walking distance. Beds are comfortable, clean and from a good quality. The room is small (and so is the TV) but looks very nice.
Good breakfast with a lot to choose from. The bathroom looks great but the shower was a bit dissapointing: You have to take a shower while standing in a bath, the bath is very slippy and narrow so we didn't like that at all. Also, the bathroom floor gets soaking wet when taking a shower and we didn't have any warm water during our last morning.

Staff was very friendly and we could use their computer to check in for our flight. The hotel has a very modern look.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your lines of review. We are happy that your stay was enjoyable despite the fact that Yasmin was not your own choice. We appologize for the trouble with shower and hot water. Shower can not be design differently unfortunately and the shield keeping the water from splashing is covering half of the bath tube. We have huge tanks for hot water and the missing hot water must have been a bad coinsidence, please accept our appologies.
We will be very happy if you will have good memories of your stay and come back one day during your next visit of Prague.
With kind regards,
Oldriska, for hotel Yasmin Team

Recently returned from a long weekend in Prague staying at the Yasmin hotel. It is situated just off Wencelas square but is well situated for all the sites of Prague. The hotel was superb and very clean and I would recommend to anyone.
All the reception staff were fantastic especially Thomas and Zaneta. They could not do enough to help you make the most of your stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. arranging taxi's or even printing off maps to show you how to get to sites. Well Done.
The bedroom was on the sixth floor(not much of a view but how many city hotels have one) it was lovely and clean, quite modern but bright. Large comfortable kingsize bed with two single duvets. Seemed strange at first but we were not left fighting each other for our share of the duvet. The bathroom with black tiles was very clean and modern with a powerful shower with lots of hot water. Pleasant cheerful room attendant always with a greeting.
The restaruant was great, again with very helpful staff and a wide choice of types of food for breakfast. Help yourself to Fruits, cheeses, cereals, breads, cakes and a hot breakfast of bacon, eggs and sausage plus. One criticism would be the strength of the tea bags (how English of me.Use two) Great hotel and would not only recommend but would love to go bak.
On a slightly different point if you are looking for a free walking tour in English of the Old Town (11.00am) or the Castle & Cathedral (14.00). You cannot go wrong if when looking for a tour from the Old Town Square if you find KEITH. (Green & White top with Green umbrella) He is an American living in Prague for 5 Years. Very informative, great sense of humour, knows his stuff and makes both walks very enjoyable. When I say free they all work for tips but as Keith says you decide the amount and if you don't enjoy it you don't pay. No pressure whatsoever.
Loved my stay in Prague and would like to go back. Hope you do.

My stay was neither good or bad, but I did feel that the room looked like it had had a hard life. I disliked the weirdly shaped palstic desk and the plastic chairs were just plain uncomfortable. I found a few bits of stray plastic on the floor and a long hair in the sink (definitely not mine!), certainly not the end of the world but still. The colour is pretty gross and the jet black bathoom tiles interesting.

Breakfast is OK, but you do need to pick your times (an advert of which is shown in the lift, especially at weekends) even during the week.

I wont stay here again but it does offer good value for money.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay in hotel Yasmin. The design of Yasmin is done by a czech architect who tried to corespond in the decor with our name “Yasmin”. People have many tastes and we are sorry that our colours and design in room was not too your likeness. On the contrary we have to agree on the comfort of our plastic chairs, still it was specially chosen by the design studio. We do appologize for the lack of housekeeping care in your room. It is something we can not leave without our attention.
Breakfast in busy days of course fills up in the peak hours when everybody likes to enjoy the morning meal. Still, we do have quite large space that could extend in the lobby area where comfortable tables with chairs are available.
We are sorry to hear that you will not return to Yasmin. If you would change your mind hopefuly we will show that we took care of your words in this review.
With kind regards,
Oldriska, for hotel Yasmin Team

Really enjoyed my stay here! It's the kind of a hotel you might just want to come back to the city for :) Great location, friendly and attentive staff (both prior to arrival and during the stay), nice breakfasts and a fantastic design throughout. Highly recommend it to anyone who's into stylishly designed small boutique-style hotels!

We booked Hotel Yasmin after reading good reviews of the hotel and it certainly lived up to expectations! The rooms were completely spotless, and the perfect size for a couple. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The breakfasts filled us up for our day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a range of cereals, yogurts, breads and hot foods as well.

I would definitely recommend Hotel Yasmin, the rates are very reasonable for what you get, and we would definitely choose to stay there on our next visit!
